Holiday home 'Wohnplezier' is a pretty and well-kept holiday home, situated on the Bergerweg. In approx. 10 minutes you are already in the roaring centre of this uniquely beautiful artist village. The furnishings are cosy and neat. Everything you need for your holiday is available
You get fresh rolls every morning free of charge from the owner. The fresh bread rolls are hung daily on the front door

Entrance area with wardrobe and guest toilet. Cosy living room with comfortable seating and TV with 5 German channels and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker etc. and access to the terrace
1. Floor: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and air conditioning, one with 2 single beds and washbasin and one with 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC.
Enough parking in front of the house.
Garage for parking your bicycles is available.
The owner lives in the rear part of the house. He's got his own access and your privacy.

Have a nice holiday
We were able to enjoy the house "woonplezier" last week. The location in relation to the center of Bergen, Alkmaar, the dunes, etc. is excellent and it was quiet. Since we had rented bicycles (around the corner), everything was very convenient (relaxation, shopping, etc.). The house itself was excellent, spacious, and had everything to get through a week. The living room (TV, etc.), kitchen, bedrooms, shower/toilet, 2nd toilet made the stay very pleasant. Not to forget the welcome and tour by Wil and Loek Spaans was very pleasant and to the point. We also found it very attentive and nice to find fresh bread at the door every morning or personally handed (with a short chat). We can recommend the house "woonplezier" to everyone.

A beautiful vacation home, tidy, spacious, and ideal for a family. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful center of Bergen; very nice owners. In short, we had a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely come back to this lovely cottage.
