Through the closed gate you enter the front garden with terrace, bench, and chairs. The hallway with glass sliding door leads to the living room with open kitchen and bar area. There is a large dining table, French doors to the terrace at the back, and a spacious sitting area with TV. Opposite the stairs is a toilet and a wardrobe closet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with double sink, bathtub, toilet, and spacious walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor there is a guest bed and the washing machine and dryer are located there.

In the green garden village, it is the butterflies and birds that flutter through the many gardens. From here you can walk to the village in 10 minutes. A bakery is open 5 minutes away and the polder with a beautiful cycle path to Alkmaar is around the corner. By bike you are at the sea in 25 minutes.
