Description
The stately villa is a dignified holiday home near the small village of Chianni. It offers a generous living space of 300 sqm, which extends over two floors. Up to eight people can be accommodated comfortably here. In addition to the entrance area and a kitchen-living room, there is a separate dining room, a fireplace room and a TV room with comfortable sofas and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The 1st floor offers a total of four bedrooms for two persons each. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one of them has a bathroom "en suite". The fourth bedroom has two single beds. There are also two spacious bathrooms with shower on the second level. Bright, friendly furniture provides for a pleasant living feeling and feel-good atmosphere.
The outdoor area is also generous. Here, a covered loggia invites you to enjoy cosy outdoor meals. It is equipped with a dining table, chairs and sofas, so that you can end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine on comfortable seating furniture in a convivial atmosphere
The large swimming pool (11 x 5 m) lures to a refreshing bath. Shady parasols, deckchairs and loungers in the pool area promise relaxation and recreation. There is also an external bathroom with shower by the pool
A washing machine is also at the guests' disposal.
The villa can be reached via an asphalted access road. The property is secured by an electric gate. Three reserved parking spaces are available for guests on the premises.

The latter is the home village of the famous singer Andrea Bocelli, where the artist created the unique "Teatro del Silencio" and organizes an impressive concert there every summer
The sea, for example the sandy beach of Vada, is only 33 km away, and the famous Tuscan cities of art and culture are also easily accessible by day trip.
