Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cooker with oven, coffee/espresso machine, Nespresso capsule machine. In the holiday flat there are 2 bedrooms with flat screen TV, bathroom with shower + WC, as well as a separate WC (both in marble). Underfloor heating rounds off the living comfort. On the south-west facing balcony you can enjoy the afternoon or evening sun, in autumn or winter you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace with sandstone surround. The sauna in the appealing and stylish residential complex invites you to relax with pleasure. Two parking spaces at the house and a lockable bicycle shed are also available. W-LAN free of charge.

Zingst is idyllically situated between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea in the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park. The geographical location of Zingst means that it enjoys beautiful weather with an above-average number of sunny days a year, even in winter. Long sandy beaches, unspoilt nature and many kilometres of cycle paths characterise the place. In spring and autumn, tens of thousands of cranes stay here, rest and relax. There are also numerous sports and leisure facilities, as well as a lively town centre with shopping facilities and restaurants.
The holiday flat is located in Zingst in Birkenstraße, a quiet side street.

super great apartment
We were in Zingst for the first time, and then such luck to find this super great apartment. First, we would like to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment. There was nothing we missed. The kitchen was top equipped. A very large modern bathroom, box spring beds with toppers for wonderful sleeping comfort. The second bedroom was also a sight to behold. A lovely balcony, parking space, and a lockable shed for the bicycles complete our positive impression. We felt very comfortable.
What more could you want? We rate this apartment with a 1+.
