Description
The brick-built non-smoking house is very close to the dyke and the Friedrichsschleuse. With its fenced garden, it is also ideal for families with children. Due to its central location, the village and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
You can park directly at the house and there is also a garden house for storing bicycles, prams or other things.
In the garden you will find a beach chair and of course garden furniture. A charcoal grill for a well-kept barbecue is of course also part of the equipment
All windows have external shutters and insect screens. On the ground floor you will find the modern bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as the living/dining room with satellite TV, Blue-Ray player and a music system. The bright living room is equipped with seating for 4 people and a cosy living area. Crockery and glasses are uniformly and sufficiently available.
Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with wardrobe and a room with two full-size single beds and a linen chest. All mattresses for allergy sufferers have 2 degrees of hardness and can be turned according to personal feeling. Another WC is also located on this floor. On the ground floor there is a storage room under the stairs for your shopping and in the hallway is the utility room with washing machine.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the Friedrichsschleuse, almost in the middle between the village and the beach. From here it is approx. to the beach and approx. 700m to the Carolinensiel museum harbour. The Cliner Quelle is approx. 500m away.

Cancellation terms:
The complete cancellation terms can be found in the rental agreement. We always strive to re-rent the times. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. For cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price, up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Super Ferienhaus
The holiday home is very well-maintained. Nothing was missing; everything for everyday use is available. The Caroliner Harbor and the small town, as well as the North Sea (Harlesiel), are easily accessible on foot. Shopping facilities are also nearby. It was a very relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable in the holiday home and can only recommend it.

Convenient location between Caro and Harlesiel, right on the bike path behind the dyke. Shopping opportunities and bike rental easy to reach.
