We are renovating and expanding our holiday home "Pölven Lodge."
From spring/summer 2025, it will offer approximately 120 sqm of space for 2 to 4 people.
During your vacation, this detached holiday home with a 300 sqm fenced garden can be your home. Ideal for your vacation with a dog!
The tasteful decor is characterized by modern colors, stylish details, and an overall cozy design. The house offers comfort on the ground floor with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, including a dining area and a tiled stove. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel warmer, radio, and washing machine.
On the upper floor, there is a living room and a double bedroom, both rooms with a balcony and a magnificent view of the mountains, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room and both bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV.
There are two parking spaces at the house and in the basement, you will find a clothes dryer and a fridge/freezer, and there is also the possibility to store your skis. In the beautiful, fenced garden, there is a terrace with a lounge area, sun umbrella, and two sun loungers.
