A warm welcome to
You will find our holiday flat for up to 4 persons in a quiet, central location in Moormerland in the district of Neermoor (East Frisia). The centre is within 5 minutes walking distance, here you will find a fish restaurant, bakery, banks, pizzeria, ice cream parlour and a supermarket (Netto) or spend a carefree day at the "Badesee Neermoor" with swimming sun.

In the flat up to 2 persons can make themselves comfortable on 65m² of living space. It has a separate entrance and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen-cum-living room (fully equipped with electrical appliances and crockery) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The equipment includes W-Lan, cable TV and radio
Further storage facilities, a parking space at the house, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities and a playground and sunbathing lawn are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, bicycles on request.

We will be happy to help you plan your leisure time!

Fishing holidaymakers will also get their money's worth, the waters are practically on the doorstep and are waiting for your catch. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Timmler Meer recreation area with a bathing lake and sandy beach, water sports, horseback riding, a boat harbour, mini golf or visit the secret capital of Osrfriesland, Leer, with its historic old town

The coast or the Netherlands (Windschoten / small town with flair or Neuschanz / Termalbad ) are waiting for a side trip and also the 7 East Frisian islands invite you to a day trip, whether by ferry or by catamaran, the islands are quickly reached. In addition, you will find a paradise for cycling here. Our region lends itself to cycling through the unspoilt nature of East Frisia, supported by clear signposts of cycle paths

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

On request, we will also be happy to provide you with 2 bicycles free of charge. If the holiday flat is not occupied on the day of arrival, you are welcome to arrive earlier by arrangement. A later departure on the day of departure is also possible by arrangement. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, also by telephone. Time out in East Frisia

Great cycling holiday

We had a wonderful holiday week with cycling and sightseeing. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was available in terms of equipment. We enjoyed the most the lambs in front of our apartment, which greeted us cheerfully every morning and evening. We will gladly come back.

Remembrance time in East Frisia

Dear Heidrun, dear Jürgen,

this year we were with you for the first time. Evelyn found your apartment on the internet after a long search. She has a knack for beautiful things. And so it was this time too. The apartment, for us fantastically beautiful, quiet and at the same time alive with the baaing of the lambs behind the house. Unfortunately, they were missing in the last two days. They were no longer there. They were a beautiful sight from the kitchen window.
But we still had the chickens, whose eggs by the way taste wonderful.
For us, this vacation was a trip to the past. Evelyn lived in Aurich for ten years, her mother much longer. We were in Aurich, Emden, Norden, Leer... I could write a novel about it.
But now to the important things: The house is very quiet. You can hardly hear any traffic. The birds outside offer more. The path over the external staircase was a novelty for us. But it offers absolute advantages. You don't have to go through the landlord's apartment... The living kitchen is very spacious. Everything is available. One step leads up to the living room, which is on the left, and straight ahead to the bedroom. Both are cozy and tastefully furnished. The bathroom adjoins the living room. Also very spacious, with a shower and washing machine.
And the best thing is the water. Absolutely great in tea, also for cooking. It takes a bit longer to rinse off the soap when showering.
Thank you for the wonderful days we were allowed to spend with you. As East Frisia always attracts, we will definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable.

Hello Nannen family,
My husband and I stayed in your beautiful, very spacious holiday apartment for a week. We lacked for nothing. Finally, we had space for our own things, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Every day we went on extensive bike tours. The weather was glorious and the recommended route along the water from the Ems barrier to Emden was just great. We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely recommendable

I was here on holiday with my daughter for 1 week and I can only report positively about everything.
Great flat with complete equipment. There is nothing missing that you would need. The quiet location was great. The town has everything you need. Shopping, eating out, etc., all conveniently by bike (which were great, by the way). You can get to Leer, Emden or the coast quickly and easily by car. 2 minutes to the 31 motorway
Thank you to the "Nannens" who were very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. I think it will be even nicer in summer. In autumn it is also very nice here. It could well be that I come back again. Thank you very much for everything, I give you full marks :-)

relaxing holiday

We found a beautiful, cosy and clean flat. We received a very warm welcome from the family. We made some cycling tours on wonderful cycle paths. Nerrmoor is very centrally located and there are many possibilities, e.g. to Leer (12 km). For us it was an all-round nice holiday. There are several bathing lakes around Neermoor which are also recommended. It will definitely not be our last holiday with the family.

13 years ....

Vacation with the Nannen family means: 13 times relaxation and rejuvenation, 13 times rediscovering East Frisia, 13 times enjoying fun and good mood. The family always has an open ear for questions and wishes (if they even arise). Everything for daily life is provided in the holiday apartment. Here we can relax and leave everyday life behind. Relaxing Time Out

Wunderschön

Dear Nannen Family! Thank you very much for all the effort you made for us! It was very nice again, the tranquility, the nature right in front of the accommodation, the surroundings, and much more. What we particularly liked: on clear nights, we could see the stars from bed, the heating worked even in summer (which is unfortunately not always the case), the option to sit outdoors in front of the separate entrance on the mini-balcony or in the garden house, the attractive furnishings, two storage rooms. Special thanks for the excursion tips, which were better than those from the tourist information. Thank you very much!

We were able to spend our vacation with the Nannen family for a week. A very nice apartment, we were out and about a lot with the bikes, beautiful area, a swimming lake nearby, a pizzeria in the village, highly recommended. The Nannen family were super nice hosts. Almost everything is right here!

We booked the apartment at the end of May for a week and were delighted by both the apartment and the location. All the information described about the apartment was confirmed. We mainly used this week for bike rides in the area. The apartment is also centrally located to reach destinations in the area via well-signposted cycling routes. The landlords are very nice and always open for a chat or information. As a conclusion, we can recommend the apartment in general. For us, this means that we will come back.

Always happy to come back

We are on holiday with the Nannen family in Neermoor.
The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Everything was available in the apartment, bed linen and towels, energy costs, and final cleaning, everything is included in the price. The landlords are very helpful and friendly. The house is located a bit off the road, very quiet, ideal for relaxing. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area. The car can be parked directly at the holiday apartment. For daily needs, everything is available in Neermoor.

For the past 11 years, we have been spending our summer vacation with the Nannen family and still discover something new every year. Relaxation, fun, and good vibes are the agenda here.
