This beautifully renovated, detached holiday home is located in the part of Balatonfenyves-alsó, not far from the popular free beach. Thanks to the location of the house we can enjoy the sun pleasantly, but there are also shutters against the great heat available. In the well-kept garden you can enjoy the sun and have a barbecue. The large covered terrace also invites you to relax. The beautiful new kitchen is fully equipped. Large and spacious living room with dining area is very cosy. Nearby there is a small friendly grocery shop, ice cream parlour and restaurant. The holiday house is located in Balatonfenyves, only a short walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. A well-known free beach of Balatonfenyves is 700 m from the house. Next to the Balatonfenyves-alsó railway station is the cosy free beach of the settlement, which has been considerably modernised in recent years. One of the locations of "Mozdulj Balaton". Due to the mud movement of Lake Balaton, it is possible to enter the water through a longer (about 30 m) entrance. Every Saturday of the season, applicants can expect a permanent animator on site for various sports competitions - beach volleyball, basketball, small football, badminton. Next to the entrance, various sports equipment has been installed in the shallow water, particularly suitable for games and sports. To the left of the entrance, a safe, tested and annually inspected playground for children has been installed, consisting of various climbing frames, swings and a sandpit. At the entrance on the right side of the beach, there are buffets with a wide selection of food and drinks.
