The holiday flats with balcony are located on the upper floor.
The cosy holiday homes have been lovingly furnished by the owners. Large glass fronts in the living and dining room, as well as in the bedroom, make the flats beautifully bright, friendly and flooded with light
In the separate bedroom you will find 2 separate beds (0.90 x 2m and 0.90 x 1.85m), ideal for small families.
In the living area there is a comfortable double wardrobe bed or sofa bed.
There is also a flat screen TV (cable connection) and mini hi-fi system at your disposal.
Blackout curtains for a restful sleep are in the living room and also in the bedroom.
Adjacent to the living and dining room you will find the kitchen with the following equipment:

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The holiday flat is located in the Residenz Knechtsand. This is a holiday complex close to the beach in Cuxhaven-Duhnen and is in a quiet location on the edge of the Duhner Heide
The fine, white sandy beach and the centre are only a 5-10 minute walk away.
The complex has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, children's playground, bicycle storage and parking spaces.
Opposite, in Haus Rotesand, you can use the swimming pool and the table tennis room free of charge.
In the Medemsand house, you can use the steam bath and sauna for a fee
Both houses are located opposite Residenz Knechtsand.
There are swimming and sauna facilities nearby at the AHOI adventure pool.
