Description
The holiday home Solvej was built on a 400 sqm plot in Schönhagen in a holiday home settlement. The house has a living space of approx. 60 square meters and impresses with its efficient room layout. It can accommodate 4 - 5 people. The children's room has a bunk bed. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The alcove adjacent to the living room offers another option for overnight stays.
On the property there is a swing and a sandpit for younger guests. The terrace and the grill fireplace invite you to cozy barbecues. The terrace is protected from the wind by an advanced partition and partial roofing. The combined living and dining area has a kitchenette, seating area, dining area for 6 people and a fireplace.
A washing machine is in the storage room.
Bicycles can be stored in the spacious garden shed. There is a possibility to charge e-bikes.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen is located between the cities of Eckernförde and Kappeln. The distance to Kappeln is about 12 km. There are all shops and a varied gastronomy. Schönhagen captivates with its sandy beach, which connects to the cliffs to the north and has a length of approx. 2 km. It is divided into a main beach, a dog beach and a nudist area. The beach is monitored by the DLRG during the season.
The playground directly behind the beach with slide, climbing tower, carousel and cable car, a football and a beach volleyball court offer the kids space for exercise and an interesting change from everyday beach life.
There is also a café, bistro, snack bar and fish roll stand on the beach. And a small supermarket.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a lump sum. After that, 50% of the rental price is due. From 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the rental price must be paid. A transfer to replacement tenants is possible.

Schönhagen is an insider tip in the winter months, especially for surf fishing and spin fishing for sea trout. The nearby ports of Maasholm and Eckernförde offer boat trips for deep sea fishing. With a large kitchen and a freezer, the angler will find everything in our house that is needed to take care of the catch.

Cozy little house by the Baltic Sea
Beautiful, very clean holiday home where we felt very comfortable during our 2 weeks of vacation.
We were received very kindly, and the house had everything we needed.
The bike shed was also very helpful for us, and despite the changeable weather, we were able to explore the beautiful area very well.

Relaxing days at Haus Solvej in Schönhagen
We spent this year's autumn holiday in the small, tranquil village of Schönhagen in Haus Solvej, which is located only a few minutes' walk from the sea in a quite quiet street. We were lucky and were able to enjoy the golden October weather on all days and do a lot of things in the enchanting small and larger places in the surrounding area. It was so pleasant to return in the afternoon to a cosy holiday home where nothing was missing and you could really feel at home. Even our dog Lenny liked the small cosy house with the fenced garden from the first moment on, which he saw as his own and immediately took possession of. What can we say, it was so relaxing and beautiful that we have already booked again for next spring 2 days before the end of the holidays. A thank you to all the good spirits, owners who take care, a Mr Meyer who is always there as a contact person, and a good cleaning fairy who let us find a clean house.

Dream vacation on the Baltic Sea
We spent 2 nice weeks in the holiday home Solvej. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and sofa. All important kitchen utensils are available and working. The garden is practical and you can also sit there wind-protected in the evenings. The bicycle shed was very helpful as well as the washing machine. The caretaker is very nice and has great tips for restaurants and arrival. The booking and handling with Mrs. Stolz was very friendly, reliable, and fast. There is really nothing missing and we would come back immediately.
