Our Alpen-Chalet-Hochzillertal can be booked as a unique holiday home in summer and winter. A comfortable holiday flat in the style of a mountain hut awaits you. The flat is located in the romantic hikers' village 'Neuhütten' in Kaltenbach at 1800m and in the heart of the Europe-wide awarded skiing area 'Ski-Optimal-Hochzillertal'.

Ried / Kaltenbach is located about 15 km in the Near Zillertal valley. You can explore the whole Zillertal with all its recreational opportunities easily from here. In the village but there are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets for food and daily necessities. Furthermore, you now have access to the Kaltenbach Zillertal railway and bus lines.

In winter:
On the Zillertal federal road B 169 into the valley as far as Kaltenbach. Parking is available in the public car park or in the multi-storey car park of the 'Ski-Optimal-Hochzillertal' ski area. Ascent with the gondola lift to the top station. Approx. 5-10 minutes walk to the 'Alpen-Chalet-Hochzillertal'. Important in winter: Arrival must be by 15:00 at the latest. Absolutely last possibility to go up the mountain is 15:30. Departure please by 9:30 am. In summer:
On the Zillertal-Bundesstrasse B 169 into the valley until exit RIED. At the traffic lights turn right towards 'Zillertaler Höhenstrasse' (toll road) - follow the signs. Approx. 10-15 min uphill to the 'Kaltenbacher Skihütte' inn. Turn left downhill directly at the ski hut (gravel path). After approx. 100m turn right. You have reached the 'Alpen-Chalet-Hochzillertal' after approx. 200m on the left side of the road with house number 59.
