The fully equipped flat has a floor space of about 54sqm (sloping ceilings available) and offers space for two adults and two children. It is located on the upper floor with a hallway (wardrobe, children's railings, mirror, fridge adjacent to the kitchen), bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine), living-dining room (living area, dining area, satellite TV, music system, Bluray player, cupboard with crockery and cutlery), Bedroom (double bed 180x200cm with two mattresses 90x200cm each, wardrobe), kitchen (sink, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking aids, fridge in the corridor adjacent to the kitchen etc.) and a spacious terrace (kitchenette).) and a spacious terrace (balcony furniture, kettle grill, beach chair). Location and surroundings of object
Utgast is a beautiful and tranquil place to live in the central coastal area of East Frisia, right at the gates of Esens, Dornumersiel and Bensersiel, all of which can be reached in 5-8 minutes by car. Cycling enthusiasts can also reach these places quickly and can take in the wonderful air of East Frisia. The beaches of Dornumersiel and Bensersiel invite you to relax, have fun and linger.
Other places such as Neuharlingersiel, Jever, Wittmund and Norddeich can also be reached within 15 minutes and half an hour by car.
In Utgast there is an inn, a quarry pond and a children's playground. A baker can be found in Holtgast (Bäckerei Lorenz Victorbur) or in Fulkum (Tido Gerdes) - both within about five minutes by car. The neighbouring town of Esens has a wide range of retail outlets. In addition to Edeka, Lidl, Aldi and Co, you will also find numerous specialist and retail traders as well as restaurateurs in the town centre, inviting you to stroll and feast.

That was a great vacation!
I can recommend the apartment without reservation. We enjoyed every minute. Everything was perfect, from the furnishings to the nice landlord, the super quiet surroundings, we will definitely come back! Mr. Clever Senior is a very pleasant and friendly person, we were really happy to meet him. The location of the apartment is great, sea, city, sights... everything is very well and quickly accessible. And there are good tips from the landlord as well. A heartfelt thank you to both Mr. Clever, we have never had such a relaxing vacation and would love to come back.

Vacation apartment
Very nice holiday apartment with everything you need, beautifully furnished with a very large balcony [including beach chair and chill lounge]. Bicycles are available, but we had our own and were able to secure them. Quiet location, but everything can be reached by car or bicycle in a few minutes. The Clever family are very nice and accommodating hosts. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Best regards from the Oberberg region.

Perfect vacation
We (2 adults and 2 children) felt very comfortable from the start. Mr. Clever Senior and his wife were very nice and had good tips for excursions and good food. The apartment has everything you need. The area is central. You can reach various beaches or other excursion options in a short time. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation and tranquillity.
Mr Clever's apartment "Meerzeit" offers everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there are shutters that completely darken the bedroom, which led to a very restful sleep for me. The living room is equipped with a nice and comfortable couch, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, various lamps/lights, a dining table, enough DVDs and books in case it should rain. There are also some games. The balcony is quite spacious and offers a lot of seating furniture, a barbecue and a nice beach chair. The bathroom is very clean, as is the entire flat. Incidentally, the balcony faces south-east. That means: sun already in the morning and the whole balcony is quite sheltered from the wind. As a smoker, I found this great, because I could sit down and enjoy a cigarette even at night when it was raining and windy. Of course, smoking is prohibited in the house itself. The kitchen may seem small but everything is there.
Built-in cooker with ceramic hob and oven. Dishwasher, enough pots, pans and dishes, cleaner,
Fridge with 3-star icebox. There is no microwave and we didn't miss it. Mr Clever Senior and also his son Tobias Clever are two very likeable people. Mr Clever Senior is always ready for a chat and offers valuable tips around Utgast. Whether bakeries, butchers, shopping possibilities, travel destinations or restaurants, all advice was great. By the way, Mr Clever also offers bicycles. The area is perfect for this. Utgast itself is very very quiet. It's unbelievable how quiet it is. Hardly any cars and no noise. What you do notice from time to time is boßeln. A Frisian ball sport played in the streets. Very interesting to watch. The people up there are all very nice. You are greeted and the typical "Moin" is always present. Also
you can quickly strike up a conversation with people. We will definitely come again

Very nice and cosy flat in a quiet location
The Meerzeit flat is very beautiful, cosy and thoughtfully furnished.
The furnishings and condition fully corresponded to the advertisement
The landlord was very friendly and helpful at all times.
We felt comfortable there for 2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children and would be happy to come back if we should ever find ourselves in Bensersiel and the surrounding area again.
