The fully equipped flat has a floor space of about 54sqm (sloping ceilings available) and offers space for two adults and two children. It is located on the upper floor with a hallway (wardrobe, children's railings, mirror, fridge adjacent to the kitchen), bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine), living-dining room (living area, dining area, satellite TV, music system, Bluray player, cupboard with crockery and cutlery), Bedroom (double bed 180x200cm with two mattresses 90x200cm each, wardrobe), kitchen (sink, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking aids, fridge in the corridor adjacent to the kitchen etc.) and a spacious terrace (kitchenette).) and a spacious terrace (balcony furniture, kettle grill, beach chair). Location and surroundings of object
Utgast is a beautiful and tranquil place to live in the central coastal area of East Frisia, right at the gates of Esens, Dornumersiel and Bensersiel, all of which can be reached in 5-8 minutes by car. Cycling enthusiasts can also reach these places quickly and can take in the wonderful air of East Frisia. The beaches of Dornumersiel and Bensersiel invite you to relax, have fun and linger.
Other places such as Neuharlingersiel, Jever, Wittmund and Norddeich can also be reached within 15 minutes and half an hour by car.
In Utgast there is an inn, a quarry pond and a children's playground. A baker can be found in Holtgast (Bäckerei Lorenz Victorbur) or in Fulkum (Tido Gerdes) - both within about five minutes by car. The neighbouring town of Esens has a wide range of retail outlets. In addition to Edeka, Lidl, Aldi and Co, you will also find numerous specialist and retail traders as well as restaurateurs in the town centre, inviting you to stroll and feast.

Pure relaxation and tranquillity.
Mr Clever's apartment "Meerzeit" offers everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there are shutters that completely darken the bedroom, which led to a very restful sleep for me. The living room is equipped with a nice and comfortable couch, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, various lamps/lights, a dining table, enough DVDs and books in case it should rain. There are also some games. The balcony is quite spacious and offers a lot of seating furniture, a barbecue and a nice beach chair. The bathroom is very clean, as is the entire flat. Incidentally, the balcony faces south-east. That means: sun already in the morning and the whole balcony is quite sheltered from the wind. As a smoker, I found this great, because I could sit down and enjoy a cigarette even at night when it was raining and windy. Of course, smoking is prohibited in the house itself. The kitchen may seem small but everything is there.
Built-in cooker with ceramic hob and oven. Dishwasher, enough pots, pans and dishes, cleaner,
Fridge with 3-star icebox. There is no microwave and we didn't miss it. Mr Clever Senior and also his son Tobias Clever are two very likeable people. Mr Clever Senior is always ready for a chat and offers valuable tips around Utgast. Whether bakeries, butchers, shopping possibilities, travel destinations or restaurants, all advice was great. By the way, Mr Clever also offers bicycles. The area is perfect for this. Utgast itself is very very quiet. It's unbelievable how quiet it is. Hardly any cars and no noise. What you do notice from time to time is boßeln. A Frisian ball sport played in the streets. Very interesting to watch. The people up there are all very nice. You are greeted and the typical "Moin" is always present. Also
you can quickly strike up a conversation with people. We will definitely come again

Very nice and cosy flat in a quiet location
The Meerzeit flat is very beautiful, cosy and thoughtfully furnished.
The furnishings and condition fully corresponded to the advertisement
The landlord was very friendly and helpful at all times.
We felt comfortable there for 2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children and would be happy to come back if we should ever find ourselves in Bensersiel and the surrounding area again.

MEERZEIT...ein "Nest" in dem man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich,mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Vom Schuhanzieher bis zum Ladekabel für's Handy, Bücher, Videos, Spielesammlung...alles da. PERFEKT ! Der Ort Utgast...viel Feld, viel Flur, einige Häuser mit einer urbanen "Kneipe"(gute Küche, zivile Preise) und viel viel Ruhe. Utgast ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für alle Siele und sonstige Attraktionen in dieser Region. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der "Chef" des Hauses, Hr.Clever Sen., hat immer einige Insider-Tipps parat und ist auch bei allen Fragen gerne behilflich.Ein Dank an Hr.Clever Jun., der in stiller Absprache mit meiner Tochter, Ihren Überraschungsbesuch zu meinem 70 igsten Gebutstag ermöglicht hat. Die Überraschung ist gelungen ! Fazit: ein rundum prima Urlaub !! 5 Sterne....mindestens...

Super nice landlord
A well-equipped flat with everything you need. Mr Clever senior was helpful at all times with advice and great tips on the surrounding area.
Mr Clever offered free rides to the beach and other towns, a great service. I can only recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back myself. Thank you very much for a great time.

Top holidays
We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday in Utgast. Despite its compactness, the flat is well equipped, only the couch in the living room was too soft for us. The beds were excellent, we slept very well. The kitchen, which is certainly quite small, lacks nothing; we didn't miss a microwave, by the way. And if something was needed, Mr. Clever Sr. was immediately on hand with help and advice. By car or bicycle, you were quickly in Esens, Jever, Aurich or at one of the many beach resorts. We will definitely be back!

Wunschlos Glücklich!
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Norden, was nicht zuletzt an der tollen Unterkunft lag.
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und besonders sauber! Beim Einrichten wurden tolle Lösungen gefunden, um keinen Wunsch offen zu lassen. Die Küche ist mit allen Küchengeräten ausgestattet, die man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Ebenso sieht es im Rest der Wohnung aus. Egal ob Haartrockner, Bügeleisen oder Waschmaschine.
Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht unbedingt zentral, was aber meiner Meinung nach kein Problem darstellt, wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto anreist oder sogar die Fahrräder der Ferienwohnung nutzen kann! So ist man recht schnell bei tollen Freizeitangeboten, wie Krabbenkutterfahrten, einer Robbenaufzuchtstation, einem Automuseum, Überfahrten zu den norddeutschen Inseln oder einem Strandaufenthalt ...!
Für nicht ortskundige haben die Gastgeber, welche mit im Haus leben, sicherlich viele Ausflugstipps.
Generell sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht jeden Wunsch der Gäste zu erfüllen.

Ein Wunderschönen Herbsturlaub dort verbracht
Es ist eine moderne und schön gelegene im Landhausstil eingerichtet Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch und ich noch ein bisschen mehr.
Die Betten sind kuschelig weich, das Wohnzimmer lädt zum verweilen, das Bad ist modern, die Küche mit allen Geräten ausgestattet und die Große Terrasse lädt zu gemütlichen Grillabende oder einfach zum entspannen ein.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat auch den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp parat.
Wir waren garantiert nicht das letzt mal hier.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

FEWO
Die FEWO ist in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr schön ausgestattet, es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt.(wir hatten leider keine Microwelle gehabt?). Unser Gastgeber hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt. Wir hatten bestes Wetter.

Familienpfingsturlaub
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor der Anreise war sehr schnell und informativ. Die Anreise, Ankunft und Abreise gestaltete sich ebenfalls unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die FW ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und besonders die Lage, Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und Ruhe in der FW sind einmalig. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Esens zum Einkaufen oder in Bensersiel am Strand. Für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner spontaner Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sauber. Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein, aber für Frühstück und kleine Speisen zum Abendessen zuzubereiten langt es. Es fehlen kleine Gegenstände wie z.B. eine Waage oder ein Meßbecher. Dafür gibt es eine Waschmaschine oder für abends DVDs und einen Player dazu. Der Empfang war herzlich und liebevoll. Bei Herr Clever konnten wir uns immer Rat holen und gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus und die Terasse sind wunderschön. Es gibt viele Ausflügsziele in der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch schnell etwas weiter entfernte Ziele. Ansonsten kann man auch gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Ein schöner spontaner Urlaub mit Kindern im Alter von 9 und 10 Jahren.
