The fully equipped flat has a floor space of about 54sqm (sloping ceilings available) and offers space for two adults and two children. It is located on the upper floor with a hallway (wardrobe, children's railings, mirror, fridge adjacent to the kitchen), bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine), living-dining room (living area, dining area, satellite TV, music system, Bluray player, cupboard with crockery and cutlery), Bedroom (double bed 180x200cm with two mattresses 90x200cm each, wardrobe), kitchen (sink, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking aids, fridge in the corridor adjacent to the kitchen etc.) and a spacious terrace (kitchenette).) and a spacious terrace (balcony furniture, kettle grill, beach chair). Location and surroundings of object
Utgast is a beautiful and tranquil place to live in the central coastal area of East Frisia, right at the gates of Esens, Dornumersiel and Bensersiel, all of which can be reached in 5-8 minutes by car. Cycling enthusiasts can also reach these places quickly and can take in the wonderful air of East Frisia. The beaches of Dornumersiel and Bensersiel invite you to relax, have fun and linger.
Other places such as Neuharlingersiel, Jever, Wittmund and Norddeich can also be reached within 15 minutes and half an hour by car.
In Utgast there is an inn, a quarry pond and a children's playground. A baker can be found in Holtgast (Bäckerei Lorenz Victorbur) or in Fulkum (Tido Gerdes) - both within about five minutes by car. The neighbouring town of Esens has a wide range of retail outlets. In addition to Edeka, Lidl, Aldi and Co, you will also find numerous specialist and retail traders as well as restaurateurs in the town centre, inviting you to stroll and feast.

Pure relaxation and tranquillity.
Mr Clever's apartment "Meerzeit" offers everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there are shutters that completely darken the bedroom, which led to a very restful sleep for me. The living room is equipped with a nice and comfortable couch, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, various lamps/lights, a dining table, enough DVDs and books in case it should rain. There are also some games. The balcony is quite spacious and offers a lot of seating furniture, a barbecue and a nice beach chair. The bathroom is very clean, as is the entire flat. Incidentally, the balcony faces south-east. That means: sun already in the morning and the whole balcony is quite sheltered from the wind. As a smoker, I found this great, because I could sit down and enjoy a cigarette even at night when it was raining and windy. Of course, smoking is prohibited in the house itself. The kitchen may seem small but everything is there.

Fridge with 3-star icebox. There is no microwave and we didn't miss it. Mr Clever Senior and also his son Tobias Clever are two very likeable people. Mr Clever Senior is always ready for a chat and offers valuable tips around Utgast. Whether bakeries, butchers, shopping possibilities, travel destinations or restaurants, all advice was great. By the way, Mr Clever also offers bicycles. The area is perfect for this. Utgast itself is very very quiet. It's unbelievable how quiet it is. Hardly any cars and no noise. What you do notice from time to time is boßeln. A Frisian ball sport played in the streets. Very interesting to watch. The people up there are all very nice. You are greeted and the typical "Moin" is always present. Also
you can quickly strike up a conversation with people. We will definitely come again

Very nice and cosy flat in a quiet location
The Meerzeit flat is very beautiful, cosy and thoughtfully furnished.
The furnishings and condition fully corresponded to the advertisement
The landlord was very friendly and helpful at all times.
We felt comfortable there for 2 weeks with 2 adults and 2 children and would be happy to come back if we should ever find ourselves in Bensersiel and the surrounding area again.

Autumn break 2021
SEASIDE. . . a "nest" where you immediately feel at home. Very clean, very cozy, with everything you need for life. From a shoehorn to a charger for your phone, books, videos, game collection. . . everything is there. PERFECT! The place Utgast. . . lots of fields, lots of countryside, some houses with an urban "pub" (good food, reasonable prices) and lots of peace and quiet. Utgast is the ideal starting point for all beaches and other attractions in this region. There is a lot to discover. The "boss" of the house, Mr. Clever Sr., always has some insider tips ready and is happy to help with any questions. A thank you to Mr. Clever Jr., who, in silent agreement with my daughter, made your surprise visit possible for my 70th birthday. The surprise was a success! Conclusion: an all-around excellent vacation! 5 stars...at least...

Super nice landlord
A well-equipped flat with everything you need. Mr Clever senior was helpful at all times with advice and great tips on the surrounding area.
Mr Clever offered free rides to the beach and other towns, a great service. I can only recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back myself. Thank you very much for a great time.

Top holidays
We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday in Utgast. Despite its compactness, the flat is well equipped, only the couch in the living room was too soft for us. The beds were excellent, we slept very well. The kitchen, which is certainly quite small, lacks nothing; we didn't miss a microwave, by the way. And if something was needed, Mr. Clever Sr. was immediately on hand with help and advice. By car or bicycle, you were quickly in Esens, Jever, Aurich or at one of the many beach resorts. We will definitely be back!

Completely content!
We had a wonderful time in the North, not least because of the great accommodation.
The holiday apartment is small but nice and especially clean! Great solutions were found when furnishing to leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances needed in a holiday apartment. The same goes for the rest of the apartment. Whether hairdryer, iron, or washing machine.
We felt extremely comfortable. The apartment is not necessarily centrally located, but in my opinion, this is not a problem if you arrive by car or even use the bicycles provided by the holiday home! This way, you can quickly reach great recreational activities such as crab fishing boat tours, a seal breeding station, a car museum, trips to the North German islands, or a beach stay...! For those unfamiliar with the area, the hosts, who live in the same house, certainly have many excursion tips. In general, the hosts are very friendly and strive to fulfill every wish of the guests.
Thank you for the great time.

Spent a wonderful autumn vacation there
It is a modern and beautifully located apartment furnished in a country style where nothing is missing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a bit more. The beds are cozy and soft, the living room invites you to linger, the bathroom is modern, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and the large terrace is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings or simply relaxing. The landlord is very nice and also has a few insider tips. We definitely won't be the last time here.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

The vacation rental is in a beautiful and quiet location. The apartment was very nicely furnished, we missed almost nothing (unfortunately, we didn't have a microwave?). Our host welcomed us warmly and provided us with important information. We had the best weather.

Family Pentecost holiday
We spent a long weekend in this beautiful vacation rental. The contact with the owner before arrival was very fast and informative. The arrival, check-in, and departure were also uncomplicated, and we were warmly welcomed and provided with all necessary information. The apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is available, and the location, view from the roof terrace, and tranquility in the apartment are unique. In a few minutes, one can be in Esens for shopping or in Bensersiel at the beach. For us, a very nice vacation, and we will definitely come back.

Lovely spontaneous vacation
The apartment is very nicely furnished, everything is clean. The kitchen is a bit small, but it's enough to prepare breakfast and small meals for dinner. There are some small items missing such as a scale or a measuring cup. However, there is a washing machine available and DVDs with a player for the evening. The reception was warm and loving. We could always seek advice and good tips for excursions from Mr. Clever. We were able to park the car directly in front of the house. The view from the living room and the terrace is beautiful. There are many excursion destinations in the area. By car, you can quickly reach more distant destinations. Otherwise, you can also easily ride a bike. A nice spontaneous vacation with children aged 9 and 10.
