Tuscan country house with pool - Ideal and affordable residence for friendly families!
The farmhouse La Fattoria-Francesco is an authentic farmhouse in the hinterland of Maremma and only 30 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia.
If you want to spend an affordable and relaxing holiday in a quaint Tuscan farmhouse, this is exactly the right place. On a natural large property near the small town of Arcille, the former farmhouse offers plenty of space
and accommodation for 9-10 people.
In the garden, there is a large round pool with an 8 m diameter (1.2 m deep - open mid-May to mid-Oct.)
Two special highlights of the house are the gym with a whirlpool and the billiard table in the lounge. Francesco, the owner, is an exceptional and loving host who has already won many regular guests through his friendly and unobtrusive manner.
He is only occasionally on the property for pool maintenance - or when his guests need something.
At La Fattoria, children and dogs are welcome!
