| Price for 2 persons per night depending on the flat from 70 €, each additional person 12 €, + local visitor's tax. Children 10 €/night up to 15 years. Short stay possible outside the season for an extra charge. |
Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: --- In the event of a cancellation, if you have taken out insurance, the insurance will cover the resulting damage. If you have not taken out insurance, the tenant is required to pay the agreed rental price. If we are able to re-let the vacated apartments, you will not incur any costs (regardless of when you have to cancel the rented rooms); otherwise, we will charge 90% of the agreed amount. If you arrive later or depart earlier, the rented days must be paid for. A cancellation by the landlord is possible if events caused by force majeure occur, making it impossible to rent out the property. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. 4.2. A cancellation must be made in writing. Receipt of the cancellation will also be confirmed in writing by Ferienhaus Müllerbauernhof.
