Located in a very quiet area offering absolute privacy giving you a direct connection to the unspoiled nature of the Dalmatian countryside. A lot of walking and cycling trails, with a minimarket of 350m, a bakery (3km), great fast food in 3km, and a traditional restaurant next to the river (8km).
Villa Andrea is a newly built property with a very comfortable interior, all furnished with high quality, and offers a layout on the ground floor and first floor, connected with an internal staircase.
The outdoor area offers a private 55 sqm swimming pool with a spacious sun deck area with 11 deck chairs, 2 sun umbrellas an outdoor shower, next to it is a trampoline, a swing, and a wooden playhouse with a slide for your youngest. Surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature you can enjoy the covered outdoor dining area for 12 pax with a barbecue located next to the pool area.

The neighborhood is very friendly and unspoiled. You are located 8 km from the natural phenomenon Red Lake and Blue Lake in Imotski, 7km from restaurant-hotel Zdilar, and another one next to the river where you can also rent a canoe. Around 28 km far (20 min drive) are the most beautiful beaches in amazing Baska Voda and Makarska riviera with the clean and warm sea.
If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience.
Located 16km from highway exit Zagvozd, Golf court in Posušje (12km), 30min drive to Makarska (38km), 1h drive to famous town Split with its great history (86km), 2,5-hour drive to well-known town Dubrovnik, so you have many options for exploring one of many well known Croatian localities
