Behind sliding doors, a fully equipped summer kitchen awaits, featuring a dining table, lounge corner with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a PlayStation 4 for entertainment. - Bedroom 2 covers 15 sqm and includes a queen-size bed with a sofa that converts into a 140 x 190 cm bed, air conditioning, and views of the pool.

- Bedroom 3 is also 15 sqm and features a queen-size bed, a sofa that opens into a 140 x 190 cm bed, air conditioning, and views of the neighborhood.

The family bathroom includes a sink, shower, toilet, and a washing machine, ensuring convenience for all guests.
