Villa Il Querceto has a private pool, can accommodate up to 20/21 people in 6 large rooms, and has a 5000 sqm park with complete privacy for guests.
On the ground floor we have a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (pots, cutlery, glasses, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle) and a spacious dining room where you can all eat together. Rooms Second Floor:
Room 5: Double Bed + 2 Single Beds + Private Bathroom
Room 6: Double Bed + 2 Single Beds + Private Bathroom
In the house we have INTERNET CONNECTION WITH - STAR LINK - ! A truly incredible connection speed! ! The house is only 18 km from the sea and just 5 km from the city center, where you can find all services with supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, pharmacies, typical restaurants, and much more.

Location and surroundings of object
Our Villa is located in a very convenient and easy to find location. Coming from the A14 motorway, exit at Civitanova Marche, take the SS77 highway towards Macerata-Tolentino, and exit at Morrovalle and then follow the signs for Monte San Giusto. When you reach Monte San Giusto, turn right at the traffic lights and continue until you reach Frazione Macina. When you are in Frazione Macina you will find the Stop, turn right and along the road you will find our sign.

We stayed for 6 nights in this villa with 19 people. We were really mega positively surprised by how spacious the house and the garden are. The pool is actually much larger than it looks in the photos! We had a great time and Maurizio, despite the language barrier, was a wonderful host and even brought us a cake on the second day. Additionally, the location is great, within half an hour to the beach and plenty of supermarkets and charming towns in the area.

Dreamlike!
We were warmly welcomed by Maurizius upon our arrival. He gave us many helpful tips and communication was very uncomplicated. The house is very large and well equipped. The surroundings are fantastic. The garden with the pool is well maintained and we spent many pleasant hours there. The supermarket is only 10 minutes away. The beaches are also easily accessible in a 30 min drive. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime. Thank you Maurizio (Also for the delicious gelato!!!!)

Beautiful house, great host
Maurizio's villa is a wonderful retreat in the mountains of Marche, where one can enjoy all the beautiful joys of italian cuisine and landscape. A 30 minute ride to the sea is easily overcome by breathtaking sundowns and views into far hills and a great poolside with palms, pizza oven, sun chairs (lots of sun!!!!) and everything a great summer vacation requires.
Maurizio was a lovely host, helpful with plenty of local insides and everything regarding a memorable vacation.
We can't wait for our next stay at Maurizio's Villa Il Querceto - we all loved it

Holiday the Italian way
We spent 5 days in this beautiful villa, with a lovely pool and a view of the Marche hills. The house is spacious and equipped with many amenities, spread over 2 floors, with bedrooms on the upper floors, some with air conditioning. Next to the pool, there is a relaxation gazebo... we turned it into aperitivo corner. What can I say... absolutely recommended.
