The Casa Ulivino is a very comfortable holiday home for up to 8 persons with 4 bedrooms. The house is set in the gentle hills of vineyards and olive groves near the charming village of Bolgheri, and is only 10 kilometres from the nearest beach
The house is divided as follows:
On the upper floor there is the kitchen with dining area as well as a living area with sofa set and satellite TV. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower.
The direct access from the living area to the raised covered terrace is wonderful, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the property and the landscape to the coast and the great atmosphere of the region in all tranquility. This is perhaps the way Tuscany has always been wished for and imagined.
The basement of the villa also has a small staircase leading directly to the garden
In the basement there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also another living area and a fireplace as well as a sauna with relaxation room and another shower. The villa is therefore not only a wonderful domicile for the summer.
The property is fully fenced and there are 4 covered parking spaces. The pool of the villa with a hydromassage area completes the beautiful offer of the domicile.

The villa is not only situated in one of the most beautiful regions of Tuscany, but also strategically, along the wine road that connects Bibbona with Bolgheri and then Castagneto Carducci
Always within easy reach of the coast, you can enjoy the splendour of nature and the flair of typical Tuscan hills in the immediate vicinity of the most charming villages in the region. Bolgheri can be reached on foot about kilometres away.
But also day trips to Volterra, or by the good connection to the superstrada and motorway at Cecina to Pisa and Lucca or Florence and Siena are possible from here well. Something in the hinterland one reaches also well San Gimignano.

Paradise in Tuscany .....Dream holidays
The house "Villa" corresponds to a luxury residence. Furnishings of the finest quality. Every detail is perfect.
Garden "Eden*, own olives. (Gift from the owner: olive oil, the best wine, and cake.)
Pool sensational. Large and private. Owner very discreet. We are already looking forward to next year.

Simply wonderful
We booked the house for a week because that was the only free period. We would have liked to rent it for 3 weeks.
Everything was just right here and we know what we are talking about because we have had many holiday homes like this (luxury properties that were not worth the money).
When you see the photos you are very impressed and you can't believe it, but when you see it live, then you realise how much heart and soul the owners have invested in this paradise. I was impressed by the harmony of the colour scheme and the choice of materials. It is a feast for the eyes when you see for yourself in one of the bathrooms how the towels reflect the play of colours in the tiles. No matter which room you are in you are embraced by the attention to detail. I was very impressed by that
Not to mention the outside area, we enjoyed the terrace until late at night. The pool and sunbathing areas were just as indescribably beautiful that you had to feel comfortable. No acrid smell of chlorine
The owners greeted us warmly and explained everything to us. They even gave us a bottle of wine and olive oil (from their own cultivation). In addition, a delicious cake was ready, where else do you have something like that?
The pool was cleaned early in the morning so we didn't feel disturbed
The only thing I can criticise is that from now on we will have a hard time finding something comparable, or rather it will be impossible, because we will compare everything with this dream property.
