In total, the villa can comfortably accommodate 7 to 9 people.

Showerheads are completely calcified.
In the showers, the water does not drain.
Kitchen is sparsely equipped.
There is only 1 house key including the gate.
It would be good to have 2.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, die Sie nur kurze Zeit nach der Schließung des Gates bei Ihrer Abreise abgegeben haben, ohne sich zu verabschieden und verächtlich zu gehen.
Wir fragen uns: War es nicht besser, uns zu fragen oder uns mitzuteilen, was Sie brauchen? (der Schlüssel für das große Tor war im anderen Schlüsselbund, vielleicht haben Sie das nicht verstanden? )
Die Dusche wurde auf Kopfbrausebetrieb umgestellt, einfach den Knopf drehen, die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist neu! In diesem Jahr installiert und Verkrustungen sind nicht da.
Am Tag Ihrer Ankunft haben wir mehr als eine Stunde damit verbracht, alle Betten so zu machen, wie Sie es gewünscht haben.
Wir haben das Bett im Erdgeschoss für den Hund, der nicht die Treppe steigen will, zur Verfügung gestellt, diese Option war nicht von uns verlangt worden,
und dennoch haben wir ohne Verzögerung das Zimmer für die Dame vorbereitet.
Jede Person belegte ein Zimmer, und wir haben sie alle wie gewünscht versorgt und vorbereitet.
Wir empfangen Reisende mit einem Lächeln und mit Freundlichkeit und viel Hilfsbereitschaft (die wir in anderen Häusern, in die wir als Reisende gehen, nicht haben!) und wir behalten unser Lächeln und unsere Geduld, auch wenn wir all den Hundekot im Garten aufsammeln müssen, und die Ruhr von Menschen, die die Toilette nicht gereinigt haben und die Küche ganz mit Kaffee verschmutzt, und nicht zuletzt die Frühstückstassen, die in den Küchenschränken stehen, noch mit Milch und Kaffee verschmutzt.
Auch wenn Sie abgereist sind, ohne sich zu verabschieden, und das Haus, das Ihnen sauber übergeben wurde und alle Zimmer nach Ihren Wünschen eingerichtet waren, in einem respektlosen und schmutzigen Zustand zurückgelassen haben, wünschen wir Ihnen ein gutes Leben und schlagen vor, dass Sie einen friedlicheren Urlaub verbringen, ohne uns zu verunglimpfen. Und versuchen Sie zu verstehen, dass es Ameisen im Garten auf dem Lande gibt. (Sie haben sich auch darüber beschwert!).

Great house, great and quiet location, ideal for families.
Super beautiful house, with a wonderful pool. In a great location. Quiet, but within 5 - 10 minutes by car you can reach the sea, shopping opportunities, and restaurants. Marina and her husband welcomed us very nicely and explained everything to us. Including restaurant and shopping tips. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

Super holiday home
In 2018 and 2019, we stayed in Haus Elvira for 2 weeks in the summer. The house is in a quiet location, clean and fully equipped, even with bath and bed linen on request. Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and wifi always worked without problems. The spacious pool, which can be illuminated, is very clean and was maintained several times during our stay. The same with the beautiful garden, which is completely fenced. The landlords are very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you very much for the good time!

Super great house
We were on holiday in the villa with 7 people (4 adults, 3 children) for 2 weeks. It was simply a beautiful house
The landlords are super nice and you always get help and quick information with any problems or questions
Top equipped, garden completely fenced. Pool very well maintained and always cleaned regularly. Beautifully landscaped garden.
Fly screens everywhere on the windows, hair dryer, washing machine, high chair, cot, clothes horse, brick barbecue, iron, kettle, microwave, toaster, everything is available. Air conditioning and bed linen and towels on request
Shopping facilities 5 minutes away. Quiet location with super beautiful views. Livorno, Pisa and Florence are easy to reach. Siena and Volterra can also be reached in a day trip. The villages of Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, San Vincenzo and Piombino are also well worth a visit.
We found the most beautiful and widest beach in Etruria. The beach there was freely accessible. Perfect for us as a family. If only it weren't for the mosquitoes. At times it was really unbearable.
But it was still a perfect and relaxing holiday.
