Newly build Villa Gardenia is the ideal accommodation for everyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in complete privacy surrounded with beautiful nature. The ground floor consists of a modernly decorated and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with washing machine and a double bedroom overlooking the pool area with a private bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each of them has a private bathroom with shower and a TV. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature that surrounds the Villa. All the rooms in the Villa have air conditioning. The garden area spreads on 1300m2 and offers the guests relaxation and peace. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, and the guests can enjoy cozy evenings next to the pool.

The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, Tinjan is a small town in the interior of Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval fortified castle, the National Archive and Zarečki krov.
