The modern vacation homes have everything you could dream of for a relaxed and exciting holiday. Idyllically located by the beautiful Plätlinsee, the houses offer the highest comfort in the middle of nature.
The price includes the use of a canoe with accessories (paddle and life jackets) and all additional costs.
Construction of the houses began in October 2018 and was completed in June 2019.
The properties on Fischerweg include private lake access with a jetty. House Rike is one of four identical houses with a wonderful lake view.
The houses feature a generous 125 sqm spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. It's important to us to provide families with the space they need for optimal relaxation. A large, light-flooded living room with an open kitchen and wood-burning stove, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms offer plenty of individual space. Our special extra—a open playroom with a balcony that offers you a magical view of Plätlinsee. Naturally, depending on your needs, you can also call this room a reading room, a relaxation room, or (if necessary) a study.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill. For your cars, there is a parking space on our parking lot. - 125 sqm on 2 floors for up to 6 people

The holiday homes are located a little away from the small village of Wustrow. This can be reached on foot or by bicycle and car. There is a shop in the village that is open 7 days a week during the season.
In addition to the bathing area opposite the holiday home, there is a large bathing beach in the village which is also very suitable for children.
Three restaurants belong to the village and a modern bowling alley.
Lake Plätlin is almost 4 km long. In the northern part of Lake Plätlin is the forested island of Hühnenwerder. The lake has very good water quality and is a paradise for paddlers and anglers
The lake is rich in fish and very popular with anglers. There are many species of fish - eel, perch, bream, pike, carp, burbot, roach, rudd, tench, catfish and zander
