Not as promised

It is supposedly for 9 people, but there are only chairs for 6 people available. It was also not as clean as stated. A bit disappointing. House rules not family-friendly. Its content also contains legally questionable statements, e.g., one is not allowed to receive visitors unless they are registered. According to the law, visitors can be received without the landlord's consent; they just cannot stay overnight. The lawn was full of dog feces, and even though children play there, it had to be removed by us.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern die Unstimmigkeiten, möchten Ihre Vorwürfe jedoch – auch im Sinne unserer zukünftigen Gäste – wahrheitsgemäß einordnen, da Ihre Darstellung wesentliche Details auslässt:

1. Ausstattung & Personenanzahl: Unser Haus ist für maximal 9 Personen ausgelegt. Da Sie jedoch ohne Absprache ein Jubiläum mit ca. 20 Personen abhielten, reichten die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel naturgemäß nicht aus. Dass wir das Umstellen von massiven Echtholz-Innenmöbeln auf den feuchten Rasen zum Schutz unseres Inventars untersagen mussten, war eine notwendige Maßnahme.

2. Handtücher & Buchungsdetails: Sie kritisieren die Hausordnung, haben diese sowie Ihre Buchungsunterlagen vorab jedoch offenbar nicht gelesen. Handtücher waren laut Ihrer Buchung nicht enthalten. Trotz der kurzfristigen Nachbuchung der Handtücher waren wir sofort bereit, diese noch am Anreisetag persönlich aus dem Aufbewahrungsraum herauszugeben - ein solches Entgegenkommen ist für uns selbstverständlich, findet in Ihrer Bewertung aber leider keine Erwähnung.

3. Sauberkeit (Sand & Garten): Dass das Haus sandig wurde, resultierte aus unserem persönlichen Entgegenkommen: Auf herzliche Bitte einer mitgereisten Mutter durfte ihr Sohn unsere Pferde auf dem Reitplatz besuchen. Dass ein barfüßiges Kind danach Sand ins Haus trägt, ist unvermeidbar und sollte im Nachgang nicht als mangelnde Grundreinigung unsererseits ausgelegt werden.
Bezüglich des Gartens: Wir haben unmittelbar vor Ihrer Anreise gemäht; der Rasen war sauber. Da uns aus Ihrem eigenen Kreis berichtet wurde, dass einer Ihrer Hunde durch das Trinken von Meerwasser an massivem Durchfall litt, liegt die Reinigungspflicht während der Mietzeit laut Hausordnung bei Ihnen als Halter. Dass wir nach Ihrer Abreise sogar im Innenbereich des Hauses ungesäuberte Kotspuren vorfanden, macht Ihre Kritik an unserem Hygienestandard für uns unbegreiflich.

4. Kommunikation & Hausordnung: Unsere Regeln dienen der Sicherheit (Brandschutz) und dem Werterhalt. Eine Nutzung als Eventlocation für die doppelte Personenanzahl ist nicht gestattet. Wir haben am Samstag das Gespräch gesucht, welches von Ihrer Seite jedoch einseitig abgebrochen wurde. Dass Sie bereits vor Ort mit einer negativen Bewertung drohten, anstatt an einer sachlichen Lösung mitzuwirken, bedauern wir sehr.

Wir sind ein hundefreundliches Haus mit angrenzender privater Pferdehaltung. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit unserem Eigentum, unseren Tieren und den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen ist für uns jedoch die unverzichtbare Basis für jeden Aufenthalt.

Calm relaxed vacation

1 week vacation with dog. The house is large and well-kept. The house has everything you need. Large fenced garden, so our dog could run around freely. Terrace with table and chairs, small grill optimal for spending the evening. Very quiet location. Shopping options only 5 minutes away. Emden, Leer reachable by car in a few minutes. Dog beach 5 minutes. North Sea about 45 minutes, which is worth it. There is something to see in all directions. Whether by car or on foot. Very relaxing vacation.

Summer vacation with a dog

We spent 2 relaxing weeks in June at the holiday home Arnolde. The beautiful weather that our landlordess had ordered for us actually arrived.
The house is spacious and clean, and the garden is completely fenced. Our dog could run freely here without any danger. Of course, you are still about 1 hour away from the North Sea, but you already know that when booking. You can make good trips in all directions, whether it's the North Sea, the Netherlands.........

Easter holiday with our dogs

We were here with our two dogs over the Easter holidays.

Our dogs enjoyed the garden. They were able to romp around sheltered. The easy to clean floor throughout the house was very pleasant.

There was everything you need for a holiday. The furnishings were practical but also cosy. The bed had a great mattress that didn't cause any back pain.

The landlady was very friendly and helpful.

Excursion destinations were within easy reach by car in all directions.

We will definitely come again. We liked it very much.

So we were two families,the place was very sufficient and nice and big.for dogs and children just great,so we have no complaints,it is really highly recommended and the landlords are also very nice.lg

Nice rental except for the others. Not really suitable for families with dogs and children. Furniture is very old and the house smells very unpleasant, almost like being at grandma's. Unfortunately, even room freshener didn't help. 5-year-old expired food in the cupboard. The garden is okay for sitting, but rather unkempt. Unfortunately, there was also no washing machine to maintain more cleanliness, which would be practical for a household (vacation) with dogs and children. We had no hot water for a short time and the power outlets didn't work anymore. To get to the sea, we had to drive 62 kilometers. Otherwise, it's a nice, quiet cottage and in our opinion more suitable for seniors. Since we couldn't even do laundry (due to the missing washing machine), we couldn't wash covers, etc., which caused complaints later because the dogs jumped on the bed 4-5 times briefly (sorry, but at 9 months, they are still learning).

Again and again with pleasure

We have been coming to Wormland in Moormerland for several years. We were warmly welcomed again this year and felt right at home. We had everything we needed, even a freezer, as we like to barbecue. It was perfect again. Our dogs enjoyed it very much. It is easy to walk even with an old dog as everything is level. The area is great. If you are looking for Ballermann, you are wrong here
It's easy to go on excursions, we went to the Nl, Bremen, Filsum, etc. No problem with a car. No problem with the car. The North Sea is a good 1 hour away. Long walks are also possible
And all that for € 50,00.
We will come again.

9 days that will never come again.

We were there for 9 days, and were very disappointed. The only good thing was the garden. The house was in a dirty condition. That means spider webs in all rooms, one bedroom smelled strongly, so it could not be used. The furniture shown was not as in the pictures, but was outdated. Showering was difficult as the water was restricted, so it took a long time to wash the foam out of the hair. We have informed the owner, apparently it was not so important. From our perspective, it is not recommended. We also saw the pictures, and thought that at that price, it would be something special, but for us never again.

To mistresses and masters, senior citizens... we rent out a large house, approx.120sqm, all at ground level ,with large ,quite 1.20m high, firmly fenced garden, for sole use. Where your dog/s can run free or dream in the sun. Quietly situated and yet close to the centre. Central 1km to the centre and to the A 31 from where you can drive in all directions. Whether Norddeich, Aurich, Emden, Leer or in the Netherlands. The resort of Timmel / Timmeler Meer, with its dog beach, is only 5 minutes away.
