This tastefully furnished villa with a living area of 137 m² offers enough space for 5 persons and is located on a completely fenced property of 400 m².
It is only 800 meters to the sandy beach Playa de Muro, the nearest restaurants and shopping facilities are only 300 meters away.
The house is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (two of them with double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), one of them en suite.
The large and air-conditioned living / dining area invites you to stay together due to the comfortable sofas and seats. Satellite TV and Internet/WLan are at your disposal. In the spacious kitchen-living room it is fun to cook something delicious for your loved ones.
The perfectly maintained outdoor area and the terrace are simply stunning. Here you will find everything you need to enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the best. Relax in the deck chairs or on the partly covered terrace.
There is also an outdoor barbecue.
