We offer lovingly furnished, spacious, and cozy rooms that invite silence and contemplation.
For smaller celebrations, an outdoor area as well as a living room of about 60m^2 are available.
Upon request or for groups of 16 or more, an additional large dormitory can also be booked. We like our neighbors, so we do NOT want to be a gathering place for wild drinking parties, bachelor parties, or other celebrations that go beyond an appropriate noise level; simple gatherings are absolutely no problem, however.

A coffee kitchen as well as an additional large kitchen for self-catering. In the outdoor area there is a small playground, a grill, as well as covered seating areas; if needed, the seating can be expanded. Sleeping:

The house is located in the Sauerland, somewhat away from urban centers, in the small village of Emlinghausen.
There are only about five houses in the village itself.
A country road runs directly past the house, which accordingly has its advantages and disadvantages.

In winter, it offers a remote alternative to the hotels in the tourist area of Winterberg.
Arrival recommendation for groups:
You can take the bus directly to the house from Altenhundem train station. -> Bus line R92 Altenhundem-Emlinghausen.
Attractions and recommendations:
Here in the Sauerland, almost anything is possible. :-)
The Panoramapark and also Fort Fun are very popular small parks for families.
In Olpe you can play paintball.
The Elspe Festival is also very well known (but should be booked in advance)
For climbing you can go outside to the Lenneplatte. In winter, the mountains of the region offer a taste of wintriness typical of low mountain ranges and invite you to go skiing not only in the famous Winterberg.
At naturpark-sauerland-rothaargebirge.de you will certainly find further options in advance so that you are not "stranded."
