Description
Our holiday flat "Möwennest" is a 49 sqm two-room flat and is located on the ground floor of a new holiday home with 4 holiday flats. It is equipped for a stay of 2 persons. A child up to the age of 3 is welcome to travel with you. A travel cot is available free of charge for our little guests
In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
Due to the integrated central heating, year-round use is possible.
In the combined living and kitchen area there is a comfortable sofa. An armchair with stool and a floor lamp are available for reading and relaxing.
The large flat-screen TV with SAT-TV, a Blu-ray player and a sound system invite you to enjoy the evening entertainment programme.
WLAN and a landline telephone are available free of charge throughout the flat.
The kitchen area has an electric oven, a 4-zone induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. Crockery and cutlery are provided in sufficient quantity. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also part of the equipment.
Our modern bathroom has a large, floor-level shower with a fantastic overhead shower for pure showering pleasure.
Furthermore, our flat has a small, separate storage room with some cleaning utensils.
We have set up a dining area directly in front of the terrace window, where 2 people can sit comfortably.
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday flat. However, there is nothing wrong with having a cigarette on the partially covered terrace. Comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue are available on the south-facing terrace.
Enjoy an extensive barbecue evening here after a sunny day at the beach.
For the bicycles you have brought with you, there is a separate bicycle shed with a 220 V socket. There is a private parking space no. 2 for your car on the grounds of the apartment complex.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain. Zingst lies in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
There are endless, fine-sand beaches and a unique natural landscape. In spring and autumn, one of the largest crane resting places can be found here.
Very well-developed cycling and hiking trails invite you to go on extensive exploratory tours on foot or by bike. The beach and nature offer peace and relaxation in all seasons.
Every year in May, the environmental photo festival "horizonte zingst" takes place in Zingst. This is an event that is not only talked about, you have to be there.
The location can be described as absolutely central and yet quiet. The pedestrian zone and the harbour are only a few minutes away. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 900 m away as the crow flies. The distance to the Bodden is only 400m.
The approximately 15 km long, fine sandy beach offers enough space for long walks. You can also relax in a beach chair. You can look for shells, build sandcastles or relax in the beach bar at the pier. A swim in the Baltic Sea provides the cooling you've been longing for.
There are countless small shops in the centre. A stroll along the colourful shop windows in the promenade between the pier and the harbour is guaranteed not to be boring. You can then relax in one of the restaurants in the main street.

A beautiful vacation apartment
I had a very nice short vacation in Zingst. The accommodation is very clean and modernly furnished, and I lacked nothing. The terrace was my little highlight, where I could enjoy the sun rays nicely. I also find the location of the holiday accommodation very pleasant; you can easily reach everything on foot, and it is not far to the beach or the restaurants. The service of my accommodation was great; as soon as I asked a question online, there was an immediate call, and all my questions were answered.
All in all, a very successful vacation, thank you for that.

Super apartment
We spent a few days vacationing in this very nice apartment. Well equipped and thought of everything. You feel at home. The way to the beach is a bit further, but still manageable. We will definitely come back here. Thank you for the great time.

Beautiful flat for a great holiday
Super equipment, everything available, beds great. Fly screens in front of all windows. Storage room for the bicycles is available. The bakery for breakfast rolls is close by. We would like to come back.

Angenehmes Wohnen
We felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. The furnishings are practical; all necessary utensils are available. Bakery for breakfast rolls is very close by. Storage space for bikes is great. We highly recommend the apartment.
