If you are looking for a luxurious private villa where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Istria the villa Duda is definitely the right choice for you and your family! The villa offer ana amazing view of istrian hills. This holiday home offers a lots of space indoor and outdoor. The villa has 4 bedrooms fully air conditioned, 3 bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, dinning rooom and bathroom with a large terrace and an exit to the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an extra dining area. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. On the second floor also aare 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Two bedroom have a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two separate single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can have breakfast before you take a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the fenced garden with absolute privacy, you can use the covered barbecue with the large wooden table and cups as well as the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The nearest town Umag and the beach are 10 km from the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are also not so far away from the house.

Villa Duda is located in the village Momjan. Momjan is a picturesque medieval little town in the northwestern part of Central Istria. When you stay in Momjan do not miss to visit the amazing small cities in Central Istria (like Motovun, Grožnjan, Hum ..). The Central Istria is known for a picturesque landscape and medieval towns which reminds Provence and Tuscany. During your stay in Istria visit the Unesco heritage of Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilic, the Historic Centre of Poreč (20 km), the Roman Amphitheatre in Pula (70km) or just enjoy on the nearest beach in Novigrad. Istria is a well known destination for bike routes lovers so it is the perfect biking destination. Near the villa there are many excellent and affordable wineries like winery Kozlovic and great gourmet restaurants that offers traditional Istrian and Mediterranean cousine.
