Description
In June 2024, the mattresses were replaced and a new sofa found its way into the bungalow. The living room was also rearranged :-)
In May 2025, the curtains were replaced.
Starting April 2026, there will also be a new bed with slatted frame ;-) and the pictures on this page have been updated ;-)
Also very well suited for long-term tenants to escape the winter in Europe.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email, WhatsApp). The date of receipt by us is decisive. For Saturdays, Sundays, and general holidays, the next working day is decisive. In the event of cancellation, changes (except for changes in the number of persons) to an existing booking - which is equivalent to a cancellation - or rebooking, the following cancellation fees on the rental price apply: If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If the cancellation is made up to 15 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the arrangement price. If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the arrangement price. From 7 days before the start of the trip or in case of early departure, 100% of the arrangement price will be charged. We offer free cancellation of a booking within the first 48 hours after booking, provided the booking was made by phone, email, or directly on site.

"Everything's fine."
This is a very beautiful bungalow, nothing is missing: coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, fan, air conditioning, electric awnings, lovely terrace and interior, WiFi, safe, flat screen TV, loungers with cushions, salad spinner, towels, bedding...
The on-site support by Daniel Ganz, including airport transfer, is perfect.
But above all, the email support provided by Mr. Diem must be positively emphasized. All questions before and during the trip are answered very politely within a day at the latest, which is definitely not a matter of course - I speak from sometimes painful experience.
Regarding the complex itself, there is not much more to say than it is beautiful, simply great. Those who like peace and quiet will feel at home here, those who want chaos and noise (which there may be) not so much.
Only recommendation, but not criticism: to find a bottle of water and 2 cans of beer upon arrival after a long journey would be great.
Of course, it is more expensive without all-inclusive catering, but (I know both) there are worlds in between, not just one.
So I will come back!

We can only recommend this holiday apartment to everyone. Very centrally located, all shops such as German butcher and German baker as well as Cita can be reached on foot. The beach is 10 minutes away. But that didn't bother us, as we were glad to move a bit.
The holiday apartment is very clean and has a great equipment, nothing is missing.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the large pool in the complex.
The bungalows are all oriented in such a way that no one can see each other at the table.
We would love to come back at any time.

Finally relaxation and unadulterated holidays
Location:
Ideal location of the bungalow, sunshine until sunset, close to enough parking possibilities on the street, only short ways through side gate.
Bungalow:
Top equipped, modern kitchen with all necessary appliances incl. dishwasher and washing machine in the bathroom, large walk-in floor-level shower. Air conditioning available. Television and internet.
Inventory in top condition, enough cupboard and storage space. Outside area super well kept and sun all day, bungalow even has electric awnings if too much of a good thing...!
Highly recommended for 2 adults or with children. The pool area is fantastic, very well maintained, there are always sunbeds with parasols available and the pool is almost 100 metres long, which is unique in the Canary Islands. The Sun Club Doctors Center is always worth a trip, the bungalow by Herrm Diem can be recommended without reservation.

Relaxing and pleasant stay
Charming one-storey apartment with a pleasant garden. Despite being close to the street, the surroundings are not noisy. The large pool in the property is very well maintained. Friendly on-site welcome with good advice and quick availability. Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment. Comfortable bed. Several convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stop two minutes away on foot. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot through the small streets. It is best to cross the beautiful Maspalomas dune in the evening or very early in the morning! We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this apartment.

We (both 51) decided to spend the rest of our lives on Gran Canaria. Until it is so far ;-) We spend some of our holidays in our cosy bungalow. In the "free" time we also rent you our "second"-home. We are looking forward to your inquiries. Nevertheless, even long-term rentals over several months are no problem and can be safely realized after consultation.
