The charming new Villa Markulin, located in the quiet village Šišan near the famous tourist center Medulin. This villa is an ideal choice for all those who like to stay in a peaceful environment surrounded by green nature. The villa is new and it is completed walled. The exterior area includes an outdoor swimming pool, an elegant terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful green garden. At your disposal there is a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue, table and chairs and satellite TV where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones. The interior of the villa consists of tree bedrooms with private bathroom, TV and aircondiotn. On the groundfloor is a livingroom with kitchen, dinningroom, playroom and toilette. Villa Markulin can accommodate up to eight persons, and you have three bedrooms at your disposal on the first floor, while additional beds are on the couch in the living rooms. At your disposal you also have free internet access parking spaces. Villa Markulin will give you complete relaxation and escape from the busy everyday life, and if you decide to explore the surroundings and Medulin, the beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach bars are only a few minutes away by car. Location and surroundings of object
Sisan, placed in the south-western part of Istria, is 6 km from the region's tourist center Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquility and peace rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan or also horse riding. One of the most famous rent-a-bike station is available in Sisan. In Sisan you can find wonderful wild beaches with more then 27km coast to explore. The water is transparent and the surrounded area is made of rocks, pebbles and sand, natural shadow is in most of beaches available. You can also find a few beach bars and boats for your boat trips on the main beach. In the village you can find one of the most famous restaurant in the county "Restaurant Bodulka" 2 small markets a bakery some bars the wine cellar "Trapan" and one new pizzeria
