Two bedrooms with a double bed 160 x 200 are located on the first floor, on the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and dining room with access to a covered terrace of 20 m2 and a view of the pool surrounded by olive trees. The third room, with a bed measuring 140 x 200, a kitchenette, a TV and a bathroom with a washing machine, has a separate entrance. There are mosquito nets on every window. A separate room of 30 m 2 is intended for socializing with a TV and indoor fireplace, and working from home (work corner). The outdoor covered area contains exercise equipment. The house has 3 TVs, radio, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, orange squeezer, cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels (large , medium and small), There are two outdoor grills (gas and coal), outdoor sink and worktop, outdoor dining area, indoor fireplace, heated swimming pool 10 x 4 m (40 m2), 4 wooden deck chairs, 2 wicker deckchairs, garden furniture for sitting and relaxing, table tennis, table football, darts, badminton and exercise equipment, women's bicycles, and children's games. Dreamlike holiday
We felt more than comfortable in this wonderful accommodation. The landlords are super nice, accommodating and helpful. The house with outdoor area is very tastefully designed and incredibly clean. Simply wonderful. The children also loved the pool, the garden and all the facilities. We would come back anytime and thank you for such a lovely time!

Dreamlike holiday
The outdoor area was simply a dream: great big pool, super outdoor kitchen and a very nice well-kept garden. The villa is divided into a main house with two bedrooms on the ground floor and a kitchen/living room and bathroom on the ground floor and an annexe with one bedroom including a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The layout was great for us as we were 2 couples (one with a toddler). Both cottages were very clean and tastefully decorated. There is also an open room with fitness equipment, table football and table tennis and a common room. The landlords live in the house right next to the property, which is however separated by a lockable gate. You only really notice the very friendly landlords when you ask them for help. The village of Sisan offers two small shops and two delicious and inexpensive restaurants within a few minutes walk. A very nice and quiet beach as well as Pula and Medulin are only a few minutes away by car. We felt super comfortable and would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat.
