Description
Exclusive and modern! This is our holiday flat. You can expect 90m² of pure holiday with two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A dream retreat to relax in Büsum's top location.
The spacious and light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers everything your heart desires: a flat-screen TV incl. Netflix, Amazon Echo with Prime Music, Wi-Fi and access to the spacious south-facing balcony.
However, the highlight of our flat is the cosy sauna. The ground-level shower and the underfloor heating in the modern bathroom complete the relaxation programme.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a flat screen TV. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and another wardrobe.
A washing machine is available for free use. Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
An underground parking space with lift to the floor and a lockable bicycle shed also belong to the flat.

Location and surroundings of object
Centrally located, you can reach the lively shopping street with great restaurants and cafés in just 3 minutes. The North Sea and the idyllic harbour are also only 500m away. Numerous shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
In Büsum and the surrounding area there are plenty of leisure activities for young and old. Boat trips to Helgoland and the seal banks, the Wadden Sea (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Piratenmeer adventure pool, cycling trips and water sports in the family lagoon are just some of the many excursion options.
Every season has its charm at the North Sea. Summer is perfect for long walks, extensive cycling tours, mudflat hikes and a refreshing swim in the North Sea. In autumn and winter, let the fresh North Sea air blow around your nose and then warm up again in your beautiful flat with its own sauna.

The Beach Apartment is simply a dream !!!
Finally, we were able to take advantage of the amenities of this great vacation apartment. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The space and furnishings are first class. Everything is available to enjoy a relaxed stay here. The apartment is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. This allowed our car to relax in the underground garage for fourteen days. Everything was perfect for us. The always friendly contact with the Hormann family also contributed to this. We would like to thank them for the numerous nice phone calls. So we can only say that there was nothing to complain about for us. Therefore, if it were possible, we would give 6 stars for everything. It is already clear to us that we will be very happy to come back. Many warm greetings.

Really, really nice!
The apartment is fantastic. Very lovingly and comfortably furnished. Quiet location in the center of Büsum. Everything went well with the friendly landlords. We had a nice holiday and can absolutely recommend this holiday apartment!

Very beautiful apartment!
Everything about the apartment is great! It is very modern and tastefully furnished, nothing is missing. The integrated sauna is, of course, great too, even though we didn't use it thanks to the great weather. The mattresses are very good, which is not always a given. The house is very quiet, the location perfect to reach everything by foot. The underground parking is also a big plus. We will definitely come back to Büsum, it was very nice there, and then we will certainly stay here again.

Great family holiday in a perfect location
Exactly as dreamy as in the photos! Very nicely decorated, everything coordinated, everything there... Everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The location is great. We were able to do everything on foot (shopping, bakery, shopping, to the port, beach...). We also enjoyed the sauna. Büsum is ideal for families. We definitely want to vacation in the Beach Apartment again.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
The vacation rental is just great. Nothing is missing. Very modern and well-equipped. Of course, the sauna in the apartment is great too. We had a very special vacation and will definitely come back.
