Tolles 60m ² large, new, idyllic holiday home right on a tributary of the Havel each season a dream. A large secluded fenced garden (about 1000 square meters) offers plenty of room for the whole family. You will find bicycles, rowing boat, BBQ , rest and relaxation before. Our cottage is located directly on a tributary of the Havel, which they could take a boat up to the Müritz, including good swimming and fishing. Top Lage

A holiday home by the water, fenced in, in a quiet location and with a boat. Equipped with everything you need and in a clean condition. A covered terrace invites you to linger even in the rain with a beautiful view of the water. Various types of ducks and swans can be observed. The large garden is also ideal for dogs. Fishing is possible from the garden and jetty.
Tip, perhaps some of the chipped cups and plates could be replaced.
We will definitely come back.

We stayed as vacationers in this house for 14 days in June 2020 and, please excuse us, felt extremely comfortable. The house has everything you need and a very special charm. It is idyllically situated on a peninsula with water on two sides and yet surrounded by greenery. We will gladly come back.

A fantastic holiday home

We arrived here immediately in this wonderful holiday home and relaxed completely.There is nothing missing, contact with the landlords possible at any time, but no one imposes.We could marvel at water birds of all kinds up close and the kingfisher fished right in front of us.Beavers,cranes and grey geese within reach. If you love nature, this is the best place for a holiday. Our two dogs felt so at home here...trips in the rowing boat were magical and swimming in the Havel arm was an experience. We have never had a more relaxing holiday and would love to come back anytime.

We had booked the house "Luca" and "Leny".
The contact by mail worked well in advance.
Both houses are located directly on the water and with the two boats (each with a small outboard motor), we could enjoy this great landscape in peace and quiet. (The engine's idle speed is completely sufficient and is then very quiet)
Both houses are very well equipped.
You will enjoy your holiday right from the start.
The cleanliness was okay.
The location is TOP!
The properties, fenced in, super!

But, on the day of arrival, a lady at the beginning of the left row of houses wanted to tell us how to drive. And not to make any noise on the water.
It's funny that our car can't drive slower than idle speed. Their Benz and BMW probably can, their dog is quite a yapper, and a decent mound of earth across the driveway in front of their property requires walking speed.
We said hello in a friendly manner and the problem was no more.
But that's part of the holiday.

Gute Lage

We were already the 3rd time in this holiday home. The property with the house is wonderfully located by the water and it's pleasantly quiet. Unfortunately, this year we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house. There were old dirty towels behind the house. The rooms did not look clean. There were dust and dead mosquitoes on the floor. Spider webs on the walls, windows, and behind the curtains. Many animal hairs on the seating area in the living area. The terrace hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Too bad!!! After we cleaned it, our vacation began and it was very nice again.

Beautiful house in prime location

Here at the end of a private road, surrounded by water and frequent visits by water birds, one can find peace and relaxation. Even our dog felt comfortable here.
However, there were also less pleasant aspects. The floor in the bathroom was full of dead mosquitoes upon arrival, and the floors in the other rooms seemed not to have been cleaned after the previous guests. My socks quickly became dirty. The smoke alarm started beeping in the evening and only stopped in the late morning, so we had to dismantle it. Some more information upon arrival would be helpful, such as where to find things in the house, e. g. the paddles, etc. We only discovered them when we took out our trash at the end of the vacation. An iron, a sharp bread knife, and a can opener would still be necessary. Also, there was a reprimand on the 1st day from the resident of house no. 7. A blonde lady, who made herself noticed without giving her name, but with a hello and pointed out that a speed limit of 10 km/h had to be observed. She disputed my driving speed of 20 km/h. Her tone reminded me of the time when we dealt with GDR border officials during the division of Germany. This family drives BMW and Mercedes themselves. I wonder if they always stick to the speed limit? Is it legally permissible to repaint an official traffic sign and mount it on a private road? Contact with the landlords was non-existent. 2 emails from me went unanswered. Once I inquired about the possibility of extending the vacation, even though the occupancy schedule showed full capacity. It might be possible if someone canceled. A second time, I asked where we should leave the key upon departure. There were no responses. Overall, it would be a paradise if it weren't for these disadvantages. Still, we are considering whether we should go on vacation there again.

Urlaub mit Hund

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home and that's why we were here for the 2nd time. Those who want can find peace and relaxation and let their soul dangle. At the same time, it is centrally located and excursions in every direction are possible. However, you can also, like us, leave the car and just start cycling. The area around the Havel River is wonderful, and especially with a boat, you experience pure nature. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, everything you need is available. We would like to spend our next vacation here again.

Well-being object

A beautiful vacation rental. We were able to relax and feel absolutely comfortable. There is nothing to complain about. Tasteful decor, modern technology, quiet location by the water, swimming opportunity - 2m away, what more could you want. On the fenced, large, well-kept property, our small dog felt particularly comfortable. He was particularly fond of the boat dock - swans, fish, and all kinds of waterfowl could be observed up close by him there. Excursions in the area are worthwhile: Potsdam Sancoussi can be reached by car in 20 minutes. You don't even need to drive into the city but arrive directly at the park. Paretz and/or Kloster Lehnin are also recommended. Everywhere, there are tasteful dining options. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant at the car ferry - the name escapes me - "Zum Fischer" perhaps? You can sit in the garden by the water, watch the ship traffic, and eat very well. A big compliment and thank you to our friendly landlords and neighbors. We will be back!

Ruhe und Erholung findet man hier am Ende eines Privatweges, umgeben von Wasser und häufigem Besuch von Wasservögeln. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich hier wohl. Allerdings gab es auch weniger Erfreuliches. Der Boden im Bad war voller toter Mücken bei Anreise, der Boden in den übrigen Räumen wohl nach den vorherigen Gästen nicht gereinigt. Meine Strümpfe wurden sehr schnell schmutzig. Der Rauchmelder begann, abends zu piepsen und hörte erst am späten Vormittag auf, so dass wir ihn demontierten. Etwas mehr Informationen bei der Anreise wären sinnvoll, wo im Haus was zu finden ist, z. B. die Ruder etc. Die haben wir erst entdeckt, als wir unseren Müll am Ende der Ferienzeit in den Carport brachten. Ein Bügeleisen und ein scharfes Brotmesser, sowie ein Dosenöffner wären noch notwendig. Ja, und dann war der Rüffel am 1. Tag von der Bewohnerin des Hauses Nr. 7. Eine blonde Dame, die sich ohne Namen, jedoch mit einem Hallo bemerkbar machte und darauf hinwies, dass eine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von 10 km/h eingehalten werden müsse. Die von mir gefahrenen 20 km/h stellte sie in Abrede. Ihr Ton erinnerte mich an die Zeit, als wir während der Teilung Deutschlands mit Grenzbeamten der DDR zu tun hatten. Diese Familie fährt selbst BMW und Mercedes. Ob sie wohl immer genau die Geschwindigkeit einhält? ob es rechtlich zulässigt ist, dass ein eigentlich amtliches Verkehrsschild nachgemalt und auf einem Privatweg montiert wird? Kontakt zu den Vermietern war gleich Null. 2 e-mails wurden von mir nicht beantwortet. Einmal fragte ich an, ob wir den Urlaub evtl. verlängern könnten, obwohl der Belegungsplan eine volle Besetzung auswies. Möglich wäre es ja, falls jemand zurück getreten ist. Ein zweites Mal fragte ich nach, wo wir den Schlüssel bei Abreise hinlegen sollten. Es gab keine Antworten. Insgesamt wäre es ein Paradies, wenn nicht diese Nachteile gewesen wären. Trotzdem überlegen wir, ob wir nicht noch einmal dort Urlaub machen.
