The price/performance ratio unfortunately does not match.
The holiday apartment was sufficiently large for our family of 3 with 2 small dogs. However, the apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Here and there were cobwebs, stains on the bathroom floor. A new showerhead would be appropriate, the bed creaked a lot, and the equipment was lacking a few small things. Dish soap, more than 1 dishcloth and cleaning cloths would have been great, and maybe a hand soap in the bathroom. Fortunately, there were various shopping options in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the lovely beach promenade are not far away; however, one has to walk about 15 minutes to the dog beach where the beach chair is located.

We rented this apartment because it was explicitly advertised for dogs. A beach chair at the dog beach was included. Unfortunately, we found out in the confirmation that it is a seasonal beach chair, only free until September 15, 2020, which was not clear from the advertisement. Furthermore, we found a steep staircase leading to the apartment on the 1st floor, which was a bit difficult for our older dog. We had to share the advertised garden with the tenants on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the dishes, glasses, and cutlery were not clean, especially during Corona times, a sign that they were not checked after the departure of the previous tenants. We would not rent there again.

A perfect accommodation, we felt very comfortable. The living area of our apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The sofa is super comfortable, the dining table and the rest of the furnishings are wonderful. The location is ideal, the car could stay parked. Shopping opportunities and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. Absolutely quiet location."

Silvester in Grömitz
A very nice apartment. Spacious, stylish, well located, comfortably furnished. A parking space is available. The sea and the shopping street can be reached in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable!
