Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the middle of the Zillertal mountains, in Zellberg on the Zillertal High Road. It is located 4 km above Zell am Ziller and can be easily reached by car.
In winter, the ski bus stops next to the house and takes guests to the Zillertalarena mountain railway without any stress. The ski areas in Mayrhofen and Hochzillertal are 10 to 15 minutes away
In summer you are directly in the hiking area, from where you can start countless tours.

Fabulous Chalet Note 10 out of 10
We really know many holiday homes/apartments, have been going to Tyrol several times a year for several years, but we have not had such a well-equipped holiday home before. Additionally, the great view of Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen is simply superb. All in all, highly recommended.

Dreamlike holiday home with sensational view!
Our late summer vacation at Chalet Auszeit was full of impressions that will accompany us for a long time. Even upon arrival, we felt that a special time awaited us here – calm, warm, and surrounded by a landscape that instantly enchants.
The view over Zell am Ziller is magical. Experiencing the sunrise on the terrace in the morning and seeing the sparkle of the lights in the valley in the evening deeply moved us. The chalet was spotlessly clean and lovingly furnished – you feel at home immediately. Especially for winter vacationers, it is ideal: During the winter season, the ski bus stops directly across the street, as the landlords informed us.
A highlight was the sauna with a great view – pure relaxation. Very important for us: the spacious parking area right by the house. Even with our 6.4 m motorhome, large trailer, and motorcycle, we had no trouble finding space. The drive up the serpentines was somewhat adventurous, but once at the top, the location and the panorama make up for it.
On a bad weather day, we were able to take a train trip to Innsbruck. This was completely hassle-free thanks to the parking options directly at the station in Zell am Ziller. A nice, spontaneous vacation day.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

It was so beautiful!
We celebrated New Year's Eve there and it was a very very nice accommodation that we can recommend without reservation. Amenities, communication, cleanliness, location, and view were top-notch! We will definitely come back. Thank you very much, Eberharter family.

Fantastic time out
We spent 1 month of our parental leave together in the house of the Eberharter family and felt completely comfortable
The house has a fantastic view and is very nicely furnished. All the rooms are cosy and more than spacious. The large hallway offers space for ski equipment as well as the pram. We were even able to comfortably store our bicycles. A ski boot dryer is also available.
We were provided with a high chair and a cot for our little one.
Great highlight - even from the sauna you have a fantastic view over the mountains.
In the season, the ski bus leaves directly in front of the door
Mrs. Eberharter is very helpful and always available.
Thank you very much - we will certainly come back.

Super ski holiday
More than enough space for nine adults. Beautiful house in just as beautiful surroundings
The ski bus stops directly and reliably in front of the house, so you can always get to the ski area on time.
Booking was no problem at all, Mrs Eberhardt is very friendly, helpful and obliging.
Hopefully again.

Der Ausblick über Zell am Ziller ist magisch. Morgens den Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse zu erleben und abends das Funkeln der Lichter im Tal zu sehen, hat uns tief berührt. Das Chalet war blitzsauber und liebevoll ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Besonders für Winterurlauber ist es ideal: In der Wintersaison hält der Skibus direkt gegenüber, wie uns die Vermieter mitgeteilt haben.
Ein Highlight war die Sauna mit toller Aussicht – pure Entspannung. Für uns sehr wichtig: die großzügige Parkfläche direkt am Haus. Selbst mit unserem 6,4 m Wohnmobil, großem Anhänger und Motorrad hatten wir problemlos Platz. Die Anfahrt über die Serpentinen war zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber oben angekommen macht die Lage und das Panorama alles wett.
An einem Schlechtwettertag konnten wir einen Zugausflug nach Innsbruck unternehmen. Das war dank der Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Bahnhof in Zell am Ziller völlig problemlos. Ein schöner, spontaner Urlaubstag.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind gemütlich und mehr als großzügig. Der große Vorflur bietet sowohl Platz für Skiausrüstung als auch den Kinderwagen. Wir haben sogar unsere Fahrräder noch gemütlich unter bekommen. Ein Skischuhtrockner ist auch noch vorhanden.
Für unsere Kleine haben wir sowohl einen Kinderstuhl als auch ein Kinderbett bereit gestellt bekommen.
Großes Highlight - Auch von der Sauna aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick über die Berge.
In der Saison fährt der Skibus direkt vor der Tür.
Frau Eberharter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Herzlichen Dank- Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
Durch den Skibus der direkt und zuverlässig vor der Haustüre hält ist man immer pünktlich und zuverlässig im Skigebiet.
Buchung völlig problemlos,Frau Eberhardt ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
