In July 2023, this holiday apartment was freshly renovated and newly furnished. You will like the comfort and attention to detail. An apartment to feel good and relax in. The apartment is suitable for max. 2 adults and 1 child between 4 - 18 years.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. From the living room, you look onto the center. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 m from the beautiful Camperduin beach. Behind the building is already the nature area. There are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes up to the beach.
Layout: Bright living room with French doors, comfortable seating, and TV. For use, there is also an outdoor seating area on the side of the building - see photo. Fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso, filter coffee, dishwasher, etc.). ), modern bathroom with double shower. Hall and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), blackout curtains and wardrobe, and a small bedroom with double bed (90x200) and closet space. Both bedrooms have their own access as well as access to the bathroom.
1 parking space (for a car) is available. Parking for larger vehicles is also available for free on the street. A bike shed for general use is available.
