Best location and top amenities

The holiday home in Renesse exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach. The house is also perfectly situated on the campsite, close to all attractions and leisure activities. Ideal for an active holiday, but also very suitable for relaxing. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

It was simply perfect.

We were in Renesse for the second time and were just as thrilled as the first time with the town, the accommodation, and the surroundings.

We had rented a chalet that was equipped with everything a person needs to feel comfortable. The chalet was clean, modern, and very well furnished; everything was available. The outdoor area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers and a loggia for relaxation.

The walk to the beach was completed in just a few minutes. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation. The Grohs family was always available for contact in case of problems. We found the time very pleasant and will rent this accommodation again if possible.

The accommodation has everything you need and even more ;-) we have rarely been in a holiday apartment where nothing was missing. The location is perfect for the beach and it's not far from the happenings at the campsite, but far enough to still enjoy your peace.

The place is great for kids and has a lot to offer.

Perfect vacation, perfect accommodation

We spent a great week at Julianahoeve in a wonderful, new, and clean chalet.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, far enough from the center of the park if you don't necessarily want the hustle and bustle.
There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the chalet's amenities; the kitchen utensils leave nothing to be desired. On top of that, there are bikes available for free in the garden shed, which is of course fantastic, as that saves money. Overall, we lacked nothing and we will definitely come back.

Chalet for Well-Being

A great and very clean chalet that invites you to feel comfortable and relax on vacation. The furnishings seem quite new and really luxurious; everything is available to have a good time. There are also various seating areas outside that invite you to unwind. The outdoor area is very nicely designed and offers plenty of space and variety. The communication with the landlords is running smoothly, and the perfect location - just a few minutes' walk from the sea - contributes to having a great vacation.

Very beautiful chalet

Our stay in the very well-maintained and like-new chalet was wonderful. From the booking to the departure, everything went smoothly and quickly. The campsite where the chalet is located is very spacious and offers many play opportunities for children. A swimming pool is also included in the stay. The chalet is clean and includes many items such as a toaster, kettle, oven, and cooling facilities. A pergola on the terrace provides shade. A television and Wi-Fi are available.
The bathroom was also very clean.
Overall, the chalet feels high-quality and new.
The chalet is very close to the beach and about a 5-minute walk from the reception.
Overall, the stay can be rated a full 10 out of 10 points and can be confidently recommended.

Very modern chalet

The chalet offers enough space for 4 people and is modernly furnished. The dishwasher was particularly convenient. We found the accommodation very clean, and the outdoor area is nicely landscaped. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Spontaneous short vacation Julianahoeve

Communication with the landlord was excellent, everything was clean and well-equipped, very good location to the beach. Outstanding bike paths, we covered over 140 km in 3 days (E-bike). Friendly welcome at the site by the operator. We will definitely come back; plans for New Year's 25/26 are already in progress.

Short vacation

The chalet was very beautiful. It had everything you needed. Maybe a bit more dishes, cutlery, and glasses. That way, you don't have to run the dishwasher so often. The price-performance ratio was very good, and everything went smoothly with the landlords. It is definitely recommended.

A great new chalet that has everything you need! The decor was nice and modern, and the cleanliness was extremely good. We often visit chalets, and the excellent facilities really stood out to us. Beautiful modern chalet

We had a nice short vacation in this modern chalet. The chalet is top furnished. It offers a lot of storage space in the available cabinets and drawers. We had great weather during our weekend and were only at the beach. However, if you have some rainy days, the chalet offers enough space to play and make yourself comfortable. We would recommend the chalet and would like to book it again on our next visit.

Evaluation

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we noticed that the floor was quite dirty, which upset us greatly, especially since we had a small child with us who likes to play on the floor. We also couldn't clean it ourselves as there was nothing available for that. The broom was broken, and the vacuum cleaner was only delivered on Wednesday. Of course, something can break, but there should be an alternative, or the cleaning company should have a replacement on hand. There was also nothing to wipe with wet cloths. We found that very unfortunate. The beds could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, we really liked the chalet.

Tolles Chalet

We were one of the first guests in the chalet and we had great days. It feels like home. The furnishings are very nice and the location is great. You can quickly reach the center of the campsite with restaurants, swimming pool, etc., and you are also at the sea within about 10 minutes. The hosts respond quickly to questions and are very friendly. We would book it again.

A very clean, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished chalet, which is very close to the beach and also not far from the town center. We had very relaxing days there as a family, and the communication with the landlord was great, and we were immediately helped with any questions. Charlet perfectly situated!!!

We highly recommend this chalet, it is optimally located, one of the nearest to the beach, everything is very tidy and top equipped. Bicycles, grill, and more are also available. There is really nothing missing and you can spend a nice time there as a couple or even as a small family... very gladly again!!! :)

Over the years - disappointing condition/substance - we moved out after one night.

We booked the chalet spontaneously in a booking gap outside of peak season at a "special price" of 70 euros per night. The chalet is at least 20 years old, so it smells like it inside, and the condition is accordingly. After one night, we moved out. We tried to reach a mutual solution with the landlord but were dismissed with the landlord's recommendation for a future 6* Bali vacation. Unfortunately, the entire rent was completely wasted. We can put it into context. We were at Julianahoeve for the third time in a row. All the other chalets were much better so far. No recommendation! Especially considering that the alleged regular price is even higher.

Chalet to feel comfortable

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished chalet. At first we had some concerns because it's located very far back, but these were unfounded, the location is great! You can quickly get to the beach and it's only a few minutes to the main square. Perfect for us, because it's nice and quiet. There are 2 large beds to dream in. The living room is very spacious and you have plenty of room. Here you can also stay inside when the weather is not so good. Kitchen is very well equipped, although we didn't really use it. We were on vacation after all! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you very much.

Short break in Renesse

Dear Grohs family, this chalet is very well equipped. Inside and outside!!! The terrace is a dream and the location in the park is great. Central but quiet. Close to the beach!!! Only the bathroom is a bit small but perfectly adequate. We would book it again at any time.

Top Unterkunft

First of all, I would like to thank the Grohs family for the warm and uncomplicated contact.

Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. We found the accommodation clean and tidy upon arrival. The chalet is very beautiful and cozy. There was nothing missing on site that you need for everyday life. The beds are clean and very comfortable, and the bedrooms are equipped with a TV (including German channels). I especially liked the location of the chalet, which is only a few minutes from the beach. We used the bicycles provided by the Grohs family for this purpose.

But not only the chalet is beautiful, the whole area is clean and tidy. The facility is particularly suitable for children due to the swimming pool, entertainment, and playgrounds.

Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book the chalet again.

Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences.

Hello,
We were here on vacation in July.
We arrived with two small children.
The location is great.
The campsite has a lot to offer, and the beach is beautiful.
The facilities are rather basic, and it was only moderately cleaned.
After departure, our deposit was withheld because we allegedly damaged something. A photo was sent to us as evidence, but we did not break anything. Of course, we did not have the children in our sight continuously, but we are not aware of any guilt. That was really unfortunate. The landlord also sent us very angry and almost threatening messages, in case we would give him a bad review. (I better not publish them here).
Nevertheless, we reported the damage to our insurance and the landlord will now receive a compensation of 90€ in addition to the withheld 150€. The damage has apparently not been repaired to this day, as the insurance informed us.

You have just found the chalet that you need to book for your stay in Renesse.
We had a wonderful time in the chalet and would certainly not hesitate to book it again. The chalet is very cozy and nice decorated. The kitchen is on the small side but also fully equipped with everything that you need. The bicycles and ‘bolderkar’ at the chalet are perfect to get around the parc and beach.

Our kids did not want to go home anymore.

Fijne plek

Great place for a beach vacation.
Very close to the beach. Cozy living room. The kitchen is quite small, lots of equipment but not enough space. Otherwise just fine. Nice park with a beautiful pool. Owner responds very quickly to emails and a leaky faucet was promptly fixed.

We had a very nice time at the chalet.
Facilities and distance to the beach and swimming pool are great.
For small children (1 year), the accommodation is only conditionally suitable as the gas stove is unsecured in the middle of the room and a baby cot does not really fit.
But it worked out anyway.

Kurzurlaub in Renesse

We cannot fully understand the "super" reviews. This chalet is okay but definitely not worth 5 stars! Everyone perceives cleanliness differently and photos can be misleading! The cart we relied on unfortunately fell apart, and we could not find a high chair or adult bicycles (which are allegedly there). There are well-intended things available for children to play with (thrown in a closet or in the shed).

There are no options to hang up towels in the bathroom.
Remote controls stuck together with tape and cleaned... okay! Stains on the mattress and bedding, food residues from the previous guest, unfortunately, makes me wonder what kind of final cleaning this is.
For very insensitive people, it might be worth a visit, but unfortunately not the comfort factor we had hoped for. The campsite is great and definitely recommended, and the location of the chalet as well!

Great family beach holiday

We had wonderful days in this sweet holiday home. Super clean, top location very close to the beach and main square of the complex. The children could explore the complex on their own around the clock as everything is very traffic-calmed and well-lit. Ocean sounds on the terrace included. Plenty of entertainment options and always very helpful. In general, we always felt welcome and well advised on the complex as well as by the landlord. A great family vacation in the Alps.

We had the pleasure of staying at this chalet in the summer of 2020 and were very satisfied.

The location particularly stands out here. It is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. This can quickly become much longer at Julianahoeve if the chalet is poorly located.
