Our fully furnished chalet in a very quiet location invites you to relax.
Direct access through the dunes to the sea of Renesse.
Relax in our chalet and unwind on the terrace.

Our chalet with its own WLAN also has:
2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area (for a maximum of 2 adults with 3 children or 4 adults)
- Master bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses 80cm x 200cm) and TV
- the other bedroom has a bed with the dimensions (140 x 180 cm) and is equipped with Smart-TV (for Netflix and YouTube..)
- Kitchen with gas cooker, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, hot air fryer, mini oven, filter coffee machine, plates, cups and cutlery, glasses, various kitchen utensils.
- Shower, washbasin and WC
- large corner couch, dining room table with seating for 6, 42 inch satellite TV, family and children's games, gas fireplace.
Julianahoeve offers among other things a soccer field, beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis, fitness equipment, several playgrounds, a swimming pool incl. (SPA), water playground with fountains, restaurants, a pub, a supermarket and a laundry house incl. washing machine and dryer.

Especially for families with smaller children, our chalet offers:

The bicycles are available for use at your own risk and are not included in the rental price for insurance reasons. However, we cannot guarantee that the bicycles will be permanently roadworthy due to their constant use.
For safety reasons, we do not offer a child's bicycle seat. However, this can be hired for a small fee from the local bike hire shop and can also be used at your own risk.

Bed linen, sheets, kitchen linen and towels are not provided by us and must be brought by yourself.
Smoking is not permitted in our chalet!!! However, you are welcome to use the spacious terrace.
We and the campsite regulations prohibit the bringing of any pets.
In addition, we do not rent to persons under 25 years of age.
Julianahoeve charges an overnight fee of €4.50 per day/person over the age of 2. This includes the great animation programme for the little ones and the spacious swimming pool with 2 slides, steam bath, infrared sauna, 3 whirlpools, spray park, children's cinema, climbing world (indoor) and much more. This fee is paid by you to Julianahoeve after registration.
In addition, there is the usual visitor's tax of 2,05€ per day / person from 2 years,
which has to be paid to the municipality. The tourist tax will be included in the rental price.

Spontaneous short vacation Julianahoeve
Communication with the landlord was excellent, everything was clean and well-equipped, very good location to the beach. Outstanding bike paths, we covered over 140 km in 3 days (E-bike). Friendly welcome at the site by the operator. We will definitely come back; plans for New Year's 25/26 are already in progress.

Short vacation
The chalet was very beautiful. It had everything you needed. Maybe a bit more dishes, cutlery, and glasses. That way, you don't have to run the dishwasher so often. The price-performance ratio was very good, and everything went smoothly with the landlords. It is definitely recommended.

Great chalet with everything you need ☺️
A great new chalet that has everything you need! The decor was nice and modern, and the cleanliness was extremely good. We often visit chalets, and the excellent facilities really stood out to us. We had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. This time it was just a short vacation, but we will definitely return! Highly recommended.

Schönes modernes Chalet
Wir hatten in diesem modernen Chalet einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Das Chalet ist Top eingerichtet. Es bietet sehr viel Stauraum in den vorhandenen Schränken und Schubladen. Wir hatten an unserem Wochenende super Wetter und waren nur am Strand. Sollte man jedoch einige Regentage haben, so bietet das Chalet ausreichend Platz zum spielen und es sich gemütlich machen. Wir würden das Chalet weiterempfehlen und beim nächsten Besuch gerne wieder buchen.

There are no negative points about the accommodation. The chalet has been renovated and everything is in a new and modern condition. The chalet appears bright and friendly. Upon arrival, everything was very clean. Communication with the landlord is excellent.

Es ist ein ganz neues Chalet und es wirkt durch die größe viel heller und moderner als unser altes Chalet. Auch die gesamte Einrichtung, wie Möbel, Geschirr etc. ist neu!
Schade das wir Ihnen die Verlängerung nicht anbieten konnten, da es nach Ihnen sofort wieder vermietet war.
Wir würden uns aber sehr freuen, wenn Sie wieder unsere Gäste werden.

Evaluation
Unfortunately, upon arrival, we noticed that the floor was quite dirty, which upset us greatly, especially since we had a small child with us who likes to play on the floor. We also couldn't clean it ourselves as there was nothing available for that. The broom was broken, and the vacuum cleaner was only delivered on Wednesday. Of course, something can break, but there should be an alternative, or the cleaning company should have a replacement on hand. There was also nothing to wipe with wet cloths. We found that very unfortunate. The beds could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, we really liked the chalet.

Leider ist unser Staubsauger zul Ende der Reinigung einfach ausgegangen und nicht mehr angegangen. Da wir beide selber berufstätig sind, hatten wir am Abreisetag leider keine Möglichkeit mehr einen neuen Staubsauger für jnser Chalet zu kaufen. Dies hat aber zum Glück unsere Reinigungsfirma nach 3 Tagen hinbekommen und Ihnen den Staubsauger dann auch vorbei gebracht. Gereinigt und gewischt wurde durch uns aber trotzdem.
Es tut uns leid für ein paar Sandkörner.
Wir freuen uns aber trotzdem dass Ihnen der Urlaub ansonsten gut gefallen hat.

Very nice chalet / prime location

Tolles Chalet
We were one of the first guests in the chalet and we had great days. It feels like home. The furnishings are very nice and the location is great. You can quickly reach the center of the campsite with restaurants, swimming pool, etc., and you are also at the sea within about 10 minutes. The hosts respond quickly to questions and are very friendly. We would book it again.

Great chalet with a great location :-)
A very clean, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished chalet, which is very close to the beach and also not far from the town center. Charlet perfectly situated!!!
We highly recommend this chalet, it is optimally located, one of the nearest to the beach, everything is very tidy and top equipped. Bicycles, grill, and more are also available. There is really nothing missing and you can spend a nice time there as a couple or even as a small family... very gladly again!!! :)

Over the years - disappointing condition/substance - we moved out after one night.
We booked the chalet spontaneously in a booking gap outside of peak season at a "special price" of 70 euros per night. The chalet is at least 20 years old, so it smells like it inside, and the condition is accordingly. After one night, we moved out. We tried to reach a mutual solution with the landlord but were dismissed with the landlord's recommendation for a future 6* Bali vacation. Unfortunately, the entire rent was completely wasted. We can put it into context. We were at Julianahoeve for the third time in a row. All the other chalets were much better so far. No recommendation! Especially considering that the alleged regular price is even higher.

Chalet to feel comfortable
We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished chalet. At first we had some concerns because it's located very far back, but these were unfounded, the location is great! You can quickly get to the beach and it's only a few minutes to the main square. Perfect for us, because it's nice and quiet. There are 2 large beds to dream in. The living room is very spacious and you have plenty of room. Here you can also stay inside when the weather is not so good. Kitchen is very well equipped, although we didn't really use it. We were on vacation after all! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you very much.

Short break in Renesse
Dear Grohs family, this chalet is very well equipped. Inside and outside!!! The terrace is a dream and the location in the park is great. Central but quiet. Close to the beach!!! Only the bathroom is a bit small but perfectly adequate. We would book it again at any time.

First of all, I would like to thank the Grohs family for the warm and uncomplicated contact.
Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. We found the accommodation clean and tidy upon arrival. The chalet is very beautiful and cozy. There was nothing missing on site that you need for everyday life. The beds are clean and very comfortable, and the bedrooms are equipped with a TV (including German channels). I especially liked the location of the chalet, which is only a few minutes from the beach. We used the bicycles provided by the Grohs family for this purpose.
But not only the chalet is beautiful, the whole area is clean and tidy. The facility is particularly suitable for children due to the swimming pool, entertainment, and playgrounds.
Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book the chalet again.

Schönes Chalet
We spent a week on vacation there with our 7-month-old daughter. The chalet and the outdoor area were well-maintained, and everything essential was available. The contact with the owners was smooth and uncomplicated. The campsite and the swimming pool were also very well-maintained. We would love to come back :-)

Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences.
Hello,
We were here on vacation in July.
We arrived with two small children.
The location is great.
The campsite has a lot to offer, and the beach is beautiful.
The facilities are rather basic, and it was only moderately cleaned.
After departure, our deposit was withheld because we allegedly damaged something. A photo was sent to us as evidence, but we did not break anything. Of course, we did not have the children in our sight continuously, but we are not aware of any guilt. That was really unfortunate. The landlord also sent us very angry and almost threatening messages, in case we would give him a bad review. (I better not publish them here).
Nevertheless, we reported the damage to our insurance and the landlord will now receive a compensation of 90€ in addition to the withheld 150€. The damage has apparently not been repaired to this day, as the insurance informed us.

zunächst einmal wurde der Schaden längst behoben, da der Kontakt mit Ihrer Versicherung bereits über 3 Monate her ist.
Da Sie von Anfang jede Schuld von sich gewiesen haben, blieb uns leider keine andere Wahl, als die Kaution einzubehalten. Der Schaden und der Aufwand war weit aus Höher als die lächerlichen 240€, die Sie ja noch nicht einmal selber zahlen mussten, sondern wofür Ihre Versicherung aufgekommen ist.
Wie aus den bisherigen Bewertungen ersichtlich, ist unser Chalet immer sehr gut bewertet worden.
Umso trauriger für uns als Vermieter ist, dass eine solche absurde negative Bewertung leider nicht angemessen für unsere Mühe und Liebe in die Ausstattung und Pflege des Chalets gewürdigt wird.
Unehrliche Menschen gibt es leider immer wieder.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie in einem anderen Chalet bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt achtsamer und vor allem ehrlicher sind, wenn Sie erneut zweifelsfrei als Schadenverursacher verantwortlich waren..

You have just found the chalet that you need to book for your stay in Renesse.
We had a wonderful time in the chalet and would certainly not hesitate to book it again. The chalet is very cozy and nice decorated. The kitchen is on the small side but also fully equipped with everything that you need. The bicycles and ‘bolderkar’ at the chalet are perfect to get around the parc and beach.
Our kids did not want to go home anymore.

Great place for a beach vacation.
Very close to the beach. Cozy living room. The kitchen is quite small, lots of equipment but not enough space. Otherwise just fine. Nice park with a beautiful pool. Owner responds very quickly to emails and a leaky faucet was promptly fixed.

Schöner Kurztrip
We had a very nice time at the chalet.
Facilities and distance to the beach and swimming pool are great.
For small children (1 year), the accommodation is only conditionally suitable as the gas stove is unsecured in the middle of the room and a baby cot does not really fit.
But it worked out anyway.

Vielen Dank Lena für Ihre Bewertung. Der Gasofen steht wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, nicht wirklich im Raum, sondern in der Ecke.
Auf Ihre Nachfrage, ob ein Kinderbett extra aufgebaut werden könnte, haben wir Ihnen die genauen Masse des verfügbaren Platzes im Schlafzimmer mitgeteilt und das es wahrscheinlich nicht möglich sein wird das Bett zusätzlich aufzustellen.
In allen Mobilheimen würde dies aufgrund des ausgenutzten Wohnbereiches, generell sehr schwierig werden.
Es freut uns aber sehr zu hören, dass Sie auch so einen schönen Urlaub hatten und würden uns freuen Sie wieder in unserem Chalet begrüßen zu dürfen.

Kurzurlaub in Renesse
We cannot fully understand the "super" reviews. This chalet is okay but definitely not worth 5 stars! Everyone perceives cleanliness differently and photos can be misleading! The cart we relied on unfortunately fell apart, and we could not find a high chair or adult bicycles (which are allegedly there). There are well-intended things available for children to play with (thrown in a closet or in the shed).
There are no options to hang up towels in the bathroom.
Remote controls stuck together with tape and cleaned... okay! Stains on the mattress and bedding, food residues from the previous guest, unfortunately, makes me wonder what kind of final cleaning this is.
For very insensitive people, it might be worth a visit, but unfortunately not the comfort factor we had hoped for. The campsite is great and definitely recommended, and the location of the chalet as well!

wir bitten alle Mieter um Ihre ehrliche Meinung nach dem Urlaub in unserem Chalet. Dies soll den künftigen Interessenten vorab eine bessere Beurteilung ermöglichen.
Wir stehen jederzeit gerne jeglicher Kritik offen gegenüber, wenn Sie denn den Tatsachen entsprechen!!! Nur so können wir uns stets weiter verbessern und Ihnen den Urlaub noch mehr versüßen. Dies ist in IHRER BEWERTUNG aber leider nicht der Fall gewesen.
Nun kurz zu Ihren Aussagen:
Die Fahrräder, die Sie nach 3 Tagen immer noch nicht gefunden haben, stehen hinter unserem Chalet. Um das Chalet herum führt ein gepflasteter Weg, der es Ihnen ermöglicht mühelos zu den weiteren Rädern zu gelangen. Das Gerätehaus hat leider auch nur begrenzte Stellkapazitäten. Unser überschaubares Grundstück ist trotz der 180qm2 zwar recht groß aber wir besitzen nicht die Neverland-Ranch, die über mehrere Tage kaum zu begehen ist.
Der Kinderhochstuhl steht immer noch im Gerätehaus. Der Stuhl ist zwar auch aus Buchen-Holz, wie die Wände (Innenverkleidung) des Gerätehauses, aber nicht in camouflage (Tarnbfarbe), so dass er ebenfalls unübersehbar ist.
Zum Bollerwagen.
Dieser wurde vor nichtmals 1 Jahr neu gekauft. Für 150€!
Da es sich bei Sperrholz um Holz handelt, welches bei Feuchtigkeit arbeitet, hat es eine Eigenschaft, die wir leider nicht beeinflussen können.
Da fast jeder Urlauber den Bollerwagen den Witterungsverhältnissen auch nach dem Strandtag aussetzt, in dem er nicht untergestellt wird, sind seine guten Tage leider absehbar.
Hinzu kommt, dass er nachdem er ohnehin durch nasse Handtücher, feuchten Sand, diversen Meeresbewohnern und oftmals kleinen Kindern als Transportmittel genutzt wird ebenfalls viel Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt ist.
Um Ersatz eines besseren, witterungsbeständigeren Wagens wird sich aber natürlich gekümmert. Leider haben wir auch nur begrenzte Urlaubstage und können uns leider nicht immer sofort um alles vor Ort kümmern, was wir wirklich gerne tun würden.
Wenn eine TV-Fernbedienung, wahrscheinlich durch Kinderhände mehrere Male fallen gelassen wird und diese dadurch fast zerstört wird, ist dies traurig, aber durch uns leider nicht zu ändern. Die Funktionalität ist durch den Klebefilm aber keineswegs beeinträchtigt.
Die diversen Kinderspielzeuge, welche durch die Mieter gerne jederzeit genutzt werden können und sollen, dürfen nach Gebrauch gerne wieder ordnungsgemäß durch Elternteile vernünftig zurück gelegt werden. Dabei appellieren wir natürlich an jeden einzelnen Mieter, dies auch wieder zu tun. Nicht nach dem Motto "nach mir die Sintflut"!
Zur Hygiene:
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Reinigungsservice hat dieser uns versichert, das das Chalet wie immer ordnungsgemäß gereinigt wurde.
Wir selber haben uns stichprobenartig bereits 2x nach den erfolgten Reinigungsarbeiten vergewissert, wie das Chalet gereinigt wurde und hätten dies selber nicht besser machen können. Die Arbeit wird stets vernünftig und gewissenhaft durchgeführt!
Das Mieter mit Dingen Fremder anders umgehen, als mit deren eigenen Hab und Gut wissen wir. Wir bemühen uns aber wirklich ständig, selbst kleine Fehler oder mutwillige Zerstörungen unverzüglich zu beheben. Es ist unser Privateigentum von dem wir schließlich auch noch gerne eine Weile Freude haben wollen.
Allen kann man es aber anscheinend leider nicht Recht machen...

Clean, cozy, and the beach is within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the peace (outside of the summer holidays) and really felt comfortable!

Top gepflegtes Chalet
Despite the corona time, it was a really great vacation. The chalet was super well maintained, clean, and equipped as shown in the pictures. The landlords were always available and would book the chalet again and recommend it to others.

Great family beach holiday
We had wonderful days in this sweet holiday home. Super clean, top location very close to the beach and main square of the complex. The children could explore the complex on their own around the clock as everything is very traffic-calmed and well-lit. Ocean sounds on the terrace included. Plenty of entertainment options and always very helpful. In general, we always felt welcome and well advised on the complex as well as by the landlord. We will definitely come back, thank you very much for the wonderful time ❤️

A great family vacation in the Alps.
We had the pleasure of staying at this chalet in the summer of 2020 and were very satisfied.
The location particularly stands out here. It is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. This can quickly become much longer at Julianahoeve if the chalet is poorly located.

Erholung pur
Super nice, cozy, and clean chalet. The outdoor area is also great. Everything is furnished/equipped with attention to detail. Children have plenty of opportunities to play. Within a few minutes' walk, you are at the sea. Furthermore, the contact with the landlords was consistently very pleasant. Can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had 4 super nice and relaxed days in Renesse and can only recommend this mobile home.
The place is perfect for taking a break from everyday life with 4 adults in the beautifully furnished and well-equipped "cottage."
Communication was friendly and always very quick for questions and concerns.
