Villa Magdalea is a stone building over one hundred years old, which has been completely renovated and adapted to modern needs, while retaining its authentic rustic charm. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. It offers a warm atmosphere and a true feeling of home that will delight you as soon as you arrive. With its generosity, comfort, and impressive outdoor areas, Villa Magdalea is the ideal choice for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. A beautiful green garden, a spacious pool, and several terraces ensure that every guest finds their perfect place to relax. The villa accommodates up to 8 people and is the perfect place for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. The villa extends over 220 m² and two floors and allows comfortable living even for larger groups. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, while the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, inviting you to relaxing evenings. From the living area, you have direct access to the large terrace with a dining table for 8 people and a built-in barbecue – ideal for shared meals outdoors.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds, an additional bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. All bedrooms, with the exception of the pleasantly cool bedroom on the ground floor, are air-conditioned and offer maximum comfort during your stay. From the upper floor, you can access a shaded terrace with a beautiful sea view. This is equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, so refreshing drinks are always within reach.
The outdoor areas of the villa are carefully designed and offer plenty of space to relax. The large garden with shaded areas invites you to enjoy quiet moments amidst nature. On warm summer days, the 24 m² pool provides a pleasant refreshment. Around the villa, eight sun loungers are available on the various terraces, inviting you to sunbathe and relax. In front of the villa, there are parking spaces for several vehicles.

Super tolles Ferienhaus
The hostess is very friendly and helpful, making sure that nothing is lacking. The house is nicely furnished. The two terraces offer a great view of the sea or the pool. The barbecue is huge. Overall, it must be said that the house was perfect for us 7.

Ideal location to explore the island of Krk. Everything can be reached within half an hour (except the south). Great landlady who was always available with help and advice. Super equipment, occupancy with 8 people no problem, as very spacious.
