180 m2 house is rented as 1 unit for the private use of only one group of guests. The accommodation is divided into 3 stylish apartments.
There are 2 apartments on the ground floor, with 1 bedroom each. The 1st-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each flat has its bathroom, kitchen, living room, and terrace.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds + extendable sleeping sofa, for a maximum capacity of 8 guests.
Kids can enjoy the children's playground with a slide, swings, and table tennis. Parking for 4 cars and a small boat is provided.

Ražanac is located on the banks of the Velebit Channel in Northern Dalmatia, 19 km from the beautiful city of Zadar. There you can see many tourist attractions like the "Church of St. Donatus", "Sea Organ", "The Greeting to the Sun", famous wide street "Kalelarga”.
The highway (E65) exit is only 12.5 km from the house.
If you appreciate the traditional Mediterranean environment and peaceful, hospitable people, Ražanac is the right place.
