Description
Relax and unwind between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden - at Reethaus Ostseeglück in Dranske on the island of Rügen. If you want it to be quiet, individual and stylish, then you've come to the right place. Our holiday home is situated in a quiet and sheltered location in a small settlement of newly built, stylish holiday homes in the municipality of Dranske in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea (approx. 500m) and the harbour of Dranske on the Wieker Bodden. The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people and has been comfortably and stylishly furnished. It has three bedrooms (2x on the upper floor with box-spring double bed and TV, 1x on the ground floor with two single beds), each with its own bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small fine sauna. On the ground floor there is a large chic living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and sofa corner with satellite TV, which you might rarely need due to the generous view into the garden. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine on the ground floor. Two large terraces entice you with sun or shade, depending on the time of day, into the large, sheltered garden - for sunbathing, cherry picking from your own cherry tree or reading - a small selection of books according to our personal preferences can also be found in the house. Rental incl. bed linen, towels, complete kitchen, fireplace, 4 bicycles (model Ortler Detroit: 2x ladies, 2x men) in the house, beach chair, garden furniture (table, 6 chairs, 2 loungers) and barbecue. Available if required: Baby travel cot and high chair. Two parking spaces for cars are on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the middle of Dranske in a small, quiet settlement (side street) with approx. 12 newly built holiday homes. From here it is only 500m to the Baltic Sea beach or to the beach at the Wieker Bodden - in summer with surf and kite surf school. Visit us and treat yourself to pure relaxation while swimming, hiking, surfing, riding, cycling and enjoying fantastic sunsets over the sea - you can only find that on Rügen here in Dranske! Wonderful cycling and hiking trails in unspoilt nature are in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation terms:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before arrival, they receive 50% back. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Exception: If you are unable to travel due to Corona-related travel restrictions, a last-minute cancellation without any deadline will be granted with a 100% refund of the booking amount.

Pets are welcome - we only charge a small fee for the . A separate visitor's tax from the municipality of Dranske must be paid on or before arrival. Also suitable for small children: we have a travel cot and a high chair.

A house with a feel-good character
The house is very quiet with a beautiful garden in the back. There is a terrace that is only kissed by the morning sun. The rest of the day it is in the pleasant shade of the house. The rooms are large and flooded with light. The beds are very warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. And the living room also offers enough space for children to play.
The contact with the landlord also went smoothly and problems were resolved as quickly as possible.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back!
A really beautiful place to be and feel good.

Fantastically beautiful holiday
It was a wonderful February holiday at the big water ;-) and in the beautiful holiday home
The holiday home was called "Villa" by our boys :-) The holiday home is perfect. There is NOTHING to complain about and NOTHING was missing. We will be very happy to come back!

Beautiful holiday house with excellent facilities.
We, 3 adults and 2 children, spent 2 weeks in this great holiday home and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house offers plenty of space, is equipped with great, high-quality furniture, and the garden with two terraces, a beach chair, and other garden furniture invites you to linger. The house is located in a quiet corner of the village of Dranske. Here you will find a supermarket and a bakery, both within easy walking distance (max. 10 minutes). It can be reached either on foot in a short walk (15 minutes) or on the available bicycles (5 minutes). The bicycles are comfortable and suitable for cycling tours in the area. The contact with the landlord has been very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating from the beginning. Mr. Herrmann was always available or promptly responded to any questions regarding arrival or stay. Staying at the holiday home "Ostseeglück" is highly recommended. Many thanks to the Herrmann family, who has decorated this house very tastefully and with attention to detail without losing sight of comfort (beds, kitchen, bathrooms) and functionality.

We live in Munich, but like to visit the island of Rügen regularly and in all seasons - especially because of the family. In May 2015, we got married in the little lighthouse, the Schinkelturm at Kap Arkona. The decision to build the Ostseeglück holiday home was made in the summer of 2018. It was completed in June 2019 and has since then offered many holidaymakers the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. By the way, our personal favourite month on Rügen is May, when the whole island blossoms beautifully, but the influx of tourists is still a little limited. Ask us if you would like tips for your holiday, your journey, wedding planning or excursions in the area. We are happy to help!
