If you feel like pure relaxation, then we would like to welcome you to Casa Margarita. Your holiday home has a Mediterranean garden with lush greenery. Enjoy the private, kidney-shaped pool, framed by a terrace and lawn, with its shady palm trees. Or you can sunbathe on a terrace. The roofed BBQ invites you to spend some relaxing hours.
A staircase leads you to your holiday home. In the spacious living room you will find SAT-TV and free WLAN. A new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and gas stove leaves nothing to be desired.
The Casa Margarita has two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms - 1 bath with bathtub, WC and bidet, 1 shower with WC. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The dining room with seating for 6 people is located on the glazed terrace, which can be fully opened so that you have the feeling of sitting directly in the garden
A spiral staircase leads you to the roof terrace/sun terrace with a magnificent view of Calpe, the Mediterranean and the Penon de Ifach, the landmark of the Costa Blanca.

Location and surroundings of object
Calpe is known for its 11 km long sandy beaches, its bays, its promenades and its marina. On a peninsula in the east rises the Penyal d'Ifac, a huge rock of limestone. Here climbing fans get their money's worth. Its natural park and the fine, gently sloping sandy beaches are only 3 minutes by car from your accommodation. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby and partly within walking distance. The centre of Calpe can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

You live in a fully equipped holiday home in a quiet urbanisation above the Salinas. The almost invisible property is approx. 800 sqm large and covered with shady palms and other trees. Your car will find space in a spacious garage. The house also has a solar system for hot water and central heating, which is coupled with a heat pump. This means that there are no additional heating costs even in the less warm seasons.

It's a great vacation home. The location is very good. You can also reach everything on foot easily. The garden is beautifully landscaped, so we felt very comfortable with our dog.

Holiday to feel good
We spent two weeks at Casa Magerita. Everything was super clean. The best part of the house is the wonderful garden with its palms and beautiful pool. The location of the house is great. You have a great view and we were able to do everything on foot, whether it's getting bread in the morning, going to the beach in the afternoon, or strolling in the city in the evening. We were lucky that the house was just equipped with air conditioning. That was awesome. We wouldn't have been able to bear it at night without it. The house also has a great rooftop terrace and a great grill room. Here we would have wished for a hot plate outside in addition to the grill. There is enough space for it and the extension is there. Then you wouldn't have to cook inside at all. That would be more pleasant in the summer temperatures. The landlords and the pool boy were also very nice. All in all, a great vacation in a great house that we gladly recommend. Our dog also liked it very much and was welcomed. We will definitely come back again.

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike domicile.
After 13 years of vacation in Calpe, 9 of which were spent in the same house, we had to look for a new place to stay for 2022 at very short notice. That's when we came across Casa Margarita and were able to get it quickly. Our expectations were far exceeded:
- a perfectly equipped house, spotlessly clean, that leaves nothing to be desired
- a fantastically designed and landscaped property/garden
- excellent paintings by the owner
- separate barbecue house
- garden, pool, beach furniture and utensils, .......
- pleasant communication and excellent service
It was not a question that we were there again this year and have also reserved for 2024.

Highly recommended with a large garden/art/furnishings/care
We -a couple with a small dog- enjoyed it.
Unlucky with the weather due to rain, but nice and warm inside!
Well-maintained property with many beautiful details and comprehensive amenities.
Access to the beautiful terrace may be difficult for people with limited mobility.
Grill enthusiasts even have an extra rainproof garden house here.

Wintering in the green
Casa Margarita is at least as beautiful in reality as it looks in the pictures. From the roof terrace, you have a breathtaking panoramic view over the saltworks, all the way to the skyline of Calpe and the sea -- simply fantastic. The garden with its native plants and the large, well-maintained pool cannot be seen from outside, so we were able to enjoy our privacy here in complete peace. Our own barbecue house with glass doors to open was a hitherto unknown luxury for us, BBQ in any weather and at any time of the year, more is not possible!
In the Spanish style Casa Margarita we felt comfortable from the first day. Bedrooms, showers and bathrooms were clean and we had no problems with heating, electricity and hot water for the whole 3 months, which in our experience is not common in Spain. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen, crockery without end and all the important kitchen utensils made it easy for us, especially my wife, to enjoy cooking
TV with German channels and a passable internet reception were not our top priority,
but was nevertheless not unimportant during our long holiday stay. For our extended cycling tours, whether to the beach, for shopping or a tour into the hinterland--- our holiday domicile was geographically simply ideal.
