The holiday home Julian is located 4 km from Rovinj, on a large plot of m2. The beautiful sea view is breathtaking.

Guests can enjoy a lovely garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool, a children's playground, and a covered tent in complete privacy. In the garden you can see olive trees, various flowers, grapes, and apple trees. The terrace on the ground floor with an outdoor fireplace and outdoor table is also pleasantly shaded, surrounded by greenery.

The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor (the first floor is locked and not used by anyone).
2 bedrooms and the living room provide space for 6 people. They have 1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. The living room has air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

Up to 4 cars can be parked in a private parking lot. The entire accommodation has a Wi-Fi connection.

Rovinj is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, so you can reach many summer events in just 5 minutes by car.

The house is 32 km away from the airport in Pula. The nearest beach, Cisterna, is 1 km from the property.

The Plodine supermarket is 5 km from the house. The apartment is km from restaurant Stancija Collis.

If you want to visit Porec, Pula, Brijuni or other Istrian attractions, you can reach them by car within 20 to 30 minutes.
