Description

Welcome, we are glad you clicked on our holiday home.

Our holiday home offers a vacation in a cozy and well-kept atmosphere. The spacious property is completely fenced and faces southwest. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach as well as to the center.
Since we also use the house ourselves, it is high-quality and fully furnished; you will enjoy the same comfort as the owners.
Please bring your own kitchen, hand, and bath towels as well as bed linen.
Alternatively, bed linen, towels, etc. can be booked additionally. Prices and services for this can be found in the optional section.
All beds have cold foam mattresses with firmness level 3.
A crib and a high chair are available.
Wi-Fi, board games, DVDs for the children, beach chair, gas grill, sun umbrella, and handcart are on site.

Individual inquiries are gladly answered.

The exclusive villa park is quietly situated between the Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer with many water sports possibilities. The beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beach, which was again voted the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands in 2015, is only 5 minutes' walk away from the house.

Recommended holiday home

The house is very clean and well-maintained. It is furnished with a lot of love, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. If questions arise, the Hahn family is easily reachable. In the large garden, one can find a shady spot to linger at any time of the day. We also liked the proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation with three generations.

A successful relaxing vacation

We were guests in the holiday home of the Hahn family with 6 people across 3 generations and spent a wonderful vacation week here.
The house is excellently equipped; we lacked nothing. Everything is in a very clean and well-maintained condition. We felt very comfortable. The location is also great with a short walk over the dune to the wonderful beach.
Communication with the Hahn family was super friendly with many helpful tips.

Fully equipped holiday home

The holiday home is equipped with everything and more. There is endless crockery, a waffle maker, coffee machine, oven, freezer, toaster, etc.
Soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. were available.
Everything was clean and neatly organized.
We could use the bicycles, cart, sand toys, board games, sun umbrellas, etc. free of charge.
In the bedrooms, there were enough wardrobes and hooks for hanging. The bathrooms were also well equipped, even with a chair in the shower room.
For 6 people, even in the rain, it was completely sufficient. It is also not as noisy as one often knows from holiday park houses.
The communication with the Hahn family was always very nice. Even with questions, we received a response by email within minutes. Thank you very much for that!
We were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

A house and a garden that leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is richly equipped and perfectly furnished: The kitchen offers all the possibilities of a normal household, even for a larger family with small children; the bedrooms are very practical, comfortable, homely, and furnished with good beds and cabinets; the facilities of the new bathroom and sanitary spaces are very well usable; the garden is very large and truly enjoyable, and many bicycles and play equipment are functional and available in the large garden house. We also appreciated having a charging option for electric cars. We particularly enjoyed the three-seat beach chair on the large terrace. The house and garden (as well as the entire residential complex) offer the opportunity for a perfect vacation.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location

We have often stayed at the Hahn family's holiday home and have always felt very comfortable and spent great holidays here
The house is cosy and comfortably furnished, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired
Comfortable beds, plenty of glasses and crockery in the kitchen, DVDs and a large game collection for bad weather.

The large garden is beautifully landscaped and equipped with great furniture, as well as a beach chair and gas grill. In the garden house you will find children's vehicles and bicycles of almost every size. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach and it is also not far to the park centre with swimming pool and supermarket.
We always like to come back :-)

Simply a great holiday

A really great accommodation awaited us here, with everything you need. The great terrace invites you to eat and linger, this is how you can spend your holiday. Wonderful autumn vacation.

The house of Elke and Jürgen Hahn can only be recommended. We spent two weeks in October 2021 with our grandchildren during the autumn holidays and were very impressed by the location of the house and the spacious amenities. There were 7 of us, and we were all provided with bicycles. Whether small or large, there was a bicycle for everyone. Our grandchildren are still asking when we will go to Holland again. The cleanliness of the house also stood out positively from other properties. All in all, a completely successful vacation. Elke and Jürgen Hahn were available at any time for questions.

Perfect Pentecost holiday

We had already been to the Banjaard resort for the 5th time and this time it was by far the best rental we have had so far. It starts with the very nice and caring landlords and continues throughout the entire property. Everything there (practically leaves nothing to be desired) works perfectly and everything is in a very well-kept and clean condition including the garden and furniture. The location is great and we will definitely come back!

A fantastic holiday home with everything your heart desires.

We spent a great week at the holiday home with friends and children. We were and still are thrilled: just over the dune to the beach! The contact with the Hahn family (landlords) was excellent even before booking, no question remained unanswered, and everything worked out perfectly! The accommodation offers everything you need for a great holiday: the equipment is of high quality and nothing is missing (high-quality kitchen utensils, board games, DVDs, household appliances, etc.). The large garden invites relaxation and play - simply perfect for children and parents. Everything needed for outings is available on site (bicycles, wagon, beach umbrella, sand toys for children. . .). Various activities for families are offered in the complex, even for bad weather. The area provides excellent infrastructure with bike paths in all directions and many beautiful restaurants and playgrounds on the beach. We will gladly come back!

We were able to visit the park for the 17th time now. For the first time, we were in the house of the Hahn family. We can say that we know the park and many houses, BUT none is like the one of the Hahn family. The furnishings are truly perfect. Nothing is missing. The rooms are excellently equipped, there is space (even in the closets), excellent beds, a kitchen equipped down to the smallest detail, and a cozy living room. The garden invites children to play. Bicycles are also available, and cycling is allowed. A gas grill rounds off a wonderful day.
The contact with the Hahn family is smooth, warm, and super friendly.
No, this review is not exaggerated - 100% honest.

We, as a small family, stayed for a week in the holiday home of the Hahn family in the best weather. We were completely impressed by the high-quality furnishings, the condition, the cleanliness, the size, and the location of the house (very close to the beach). The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and quick. The descriptions in the advertisement are all accurate, and in reality, everything is even more spacious and larger than it appears in the photos. We have been guests in many holiday homes (now belong to the over 50s), but none was as beautiful as the holiday home of the Hahn family. We will definitely try to be a guest there again.
