The cosily furnished non-smoking guesthouse has three spacious balconies with all-round sunshine and a dreamlike view of the sunset. Furnished outdoor seating and garden on the edge of the forest.
There are 8 - 10 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms in the house. The group room is flooded with light and cosy.
Cosy bed linen and fluffy towels are provided
On request, we will gladly deliver oven-fresh bread rolls to your flat door.

Location and surroundings of object
The mountains, the nearby lakes and the good infrastructure offer an ideal basis for active leisure activities in summer as well as in winter.
Bad Kohlgrub is a particularly good starting point for all kinds of excursions to nearby attractions.
Visit the royal castles Linderhof (25 km), Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (36 km), the Wieskirche (18 km), the monastery and the show dairy in Ettal (17 km), the Passion play location Oberammergau (12 km), the monastery in Rottenbuch (12 km), Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze (30 km) and the metropolis Munich (80 km).
Cycling, walking (Nordic Walking) and hiking trails are right on the doorstep. The Hörnle cable car valley station is only 5 minutes away.
Easy and medium difficulty cross-country ski trails, flat and steep ski slopes and the toboggan run are in the immediate vicinity.
Spas with a large wellness department and very good eateries are also only a few minutes' walk away.
And if you just want to go swimming, there are many lakes, such as the Staffelsee in Murnau, the wave pool in Oberammergau or the "Königliche Kristall-Therme" in Schwangau.
