This 142m2 villa is made for an ideal family holiday, located 4km away from Vodnjan in a small villa resort "Paradiž" (Paradise). You have 4 bedrooms available: 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds + 2 bedrooms with 2 combined single beds each. There you also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal, one with a washing machine, a living room with a large sofa, kitchen, balcony, porch, large 600m2 yard with a barbecue and a 32m2 swimming pool.
The house has just been restored and everything in it is new. You can use 2 Air conditioning devices, relax on a comfortable corner set, watch a large smart LCD TV, and prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with a:
- dishwasher
- oven
- fridge and a freezer
- coffee maker
- microwave
- toaster
The 32m2 Pool will provide you with a lot of fun. Around the pool, you have 6 new sun loungers at your disposal.
Your group can spend evenings dining together on the front porch. After all, enjoying meals outside is one of the beauties of summer, and large outside table with 8 seats is perfect for that.
You can park for free, use free Wi-Fi and SAT-TV.
Guests can enjoy the pool and garden views, and the central joint park where they can walk along the canoe and the beautiful wooden bridge, with a gazebo in the middle of the park shared with other guests of the resort.
There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops.
