Paradise Villa Istria is a comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms and a private pool. It is located in a resort Paradis Villas, near Vodnjan.

Peroj beach is only 12 km away.

The property is air-conditioned on both floors.

4 bedrooms are equipped with 4 double beds (queen-size). 2 bedrooms share a balcony with a view at the central park of the resort.

2 bathrooms feature showers and one washing machine.

The ground floor features a living room, a kitchen, and a large dining table. Sleeping sofa dominates the living room space, with a view of a beautiful stone fireplace.

The kitchen is ready to serve you well - you can use a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge freezer, 2 coffee makers (filter + Dolce gusto) and a microwave.

The yard features a pergola, sun umbrella, 8 sun loungers, and a walled grill.

Parking is gated with a remote-controlled gate. Paradise Villa Istria offers free Wi-Fi, satellite channels, and 3 TVs.

Very quiet resort, only for tourists, with maintanence staff available (only if needed). First market and restaurant are 2 km away. Nearest beach in Peroj is 12 km from the property.

Villa is 15,8 km away from Pula Airport. Rovinj is km from the villa, and Porec is km from the property. You can reach Pula in 20 minutes by car.
