Description
This newly built holiday home for 2-6 persons is situated in a fantastic secluded location, a few minutes from the village of Peccioli between Pisa and Florence. It is surrounded by a large fenced property with barbecue area, pool, fruit and olive trees
It is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet, for naturist holidays and also for families with children. Dogs are welcome
The Tuscany - holiday house offers in the ground floor a living kitchen with kitchenette, bed sofa for 2 persons, dinette and an exit to a wonderful panorama terrace with deck chairs, garden furniture and dining table as well as to a grill place
The basement, which is also the ground floor, is accessed via an open spiral staircase and there is the bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a sofa bed, and a dining table with sideboard
on the terrace below there is a small pool (3 x 6 m) and an outside shower as well as deckchairs and parasol
The cottage can be reached on a gravel road and the fenced property where you can also park your car is secured by a gate.

Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and beaches of the Etruscan Coast are an average of 60 minutes by car. The countryside in this region is typically Tuscan as in a picture book

Super vacation in the picturesque Tuscany
We spent a super nice vacation in Tuscany together with our dog.
On a spacious property with beautiful flowers, fresh herbs, and many olive trees is the well-equipped holiday home. Since we had a dog with us, we were glad it was completely fenced. Our Beagle, of course, found a loophole anyway. We were able to close it afterwards. Every morning the pool was cleaned and we received fresh croissants from the bakery. The people who take care of the property are very nice.
During the day we cooled off in the beautiful pool and in the evenings we mostly cooked for ourselves (everything necessary can be found in the kitchen) and afterwards we enjoyed the picturesque sunsets with a nice glass of Chianti.
The town of Peccioli is a 5-minute drive away. The road away from the property is a bit adventurous. The second time we managed it coolly. The town is beautiful with some restaurants, cafés, and shops. There are also delicious pizza takeaways.
We would love to come back. Best regards and once again, thank you very much!

Meravigliosa! :-)
It was incredibly beautiful! Carla and Valerio are the best hosts you could wish for. The cottage and the beautiful, large garden with pool is really a fantastic place to relax, unwind and be free. Valerio takes care of the property and the pool every day, in the early morning hours. It is very important to them that the guests want for nothing, and so almost every day there are small and larger delicacies (fresh from the field, from the bakery or from the ice cream parlour) as gifts. If you have a car, you can reach great cities like Pisa, Livorno or Florence within 1-2 hours without any problems. But even without a car, the bus connections for excursions work wonderfully. Peccioli is an impressive little town. This small town, typically Italian, is characterised by contrasts. Very old and traditional houses and alleys can be admired alongside impressive modern art or a rainbow bridge, with upper town lifts. The people in Peccioli are warm and always open to a nice chat. If you let yourself get involved with the local conditions, you can really have a very happy time there. Thank you so much for the great impressions, the unbelievably delicious fruits and vegetables, as well as the warm contact! Total relax / Holiday with dog
We stayed in the SOLE holiday home for 2 weeks from the end of August to the beginning of September 2021. We were warmly welcomed by the host family. During our stay, they provided us with beans and tomatoes from their own garden
The house is quite new, very clean and well equipped. Contrary to the information on this page, there is good Wi-Fi that covers almost the entire property. There is also a smart TV available.
We had a very good rest at the Sole. You have a great view over the surroundings and are directly in nature. We used the pool almost every day. For a holiday with dog(s) the offer is very good. The property is fenced.

A pearl for relaxation, holidays, peace and nature
We stayed at the Sole holiday home for 10 days in August 2020. It was a really relaxing stay
The property is located in an olive grove with an unobstructed view of the vast nature
It is also completely fenced in so that pets or small children cannot run away. There are no neighbours, so you really have a lot of peace and quiet and no disturbing noises, such as those from cars
The landlords of the house are really the heart of it, they brought their own grown fruit and vegetables, homemade wine, olive oil and ice cream almost every day
I can only warmly recommend the house and the landlords and we will be happy to come back!

Pure relaxation
Thank you again for this wonderful vacation..my husband and I spent a week with our 3 dogs in this holiday home.
It was pure relaxation..our dogs were able to freely roam in the large fenced garden all day while we enjoyed the beautiful view and great location.
The house is in a like-new condition and is very nicely furnished.
The landlords welcomed us very warmly and hospitably..
So, for us, anytime again with pleasure.
