Description
This newly built holiday home for 2-6 persons is situated in a fantastic secluded location, a few minutes from the village of Peccioli between Pisa and Florence. It is surrounded by a large fenced property with barbecue area, pool, fruit and olive trees
It is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet, for naturist holidays and also for families with children. Dogs are welcome
The Tuscany - holiday house offers in the ground floor a living kitchen with kitchenette, bed sofa for 2 persons, dinette and an exit to a wonderful panorama terrace with deck chairs, garden furniture and dining table as well as to a grill place
The basement, which is also the ground floor, is accessed via an open spiral staircase and there is the bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a sofa bed, and a dining table with sideboard
on the terrace below there is a small pool (3 x 6 m) and an outside shower as well as deckchairs and parasol
The cottage can be reached on a gravel road and the fenced property where you can also park your car is secured by a gate.

A beautiful vacation for feeling good and relaxing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful time together with our dog in the dreamy Tuscany.
Already for the 7th time in Tuscany, but for the first time at this place.
The FH is a wonderful place to find peace, recharge, and let the soul dangle. We enjoyed the pool and the fantastic view over the hills of Tuscany every day. We lacked nothing in the house; even several fans were available. Only the approach to the house is "adventurous," but it can be easily managed with an SUV. . . A recommendation from us for a dog beach visit is the "Dog Beach Single Fin." It is a very nice, clean dog beach, and through an app of the same name, you can rent a spot with an umbrella, loungers, or pavilion and restaurant.
We especially want to highlight the warm, lovable landlords, with whom you felt welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. With their warm and heartfelt manner and the treats from their garden and bakery, they made our stay something truly special. A place that one fondly remembers.

Super beautiful accommodation
We had a wonderful stay in this great vacation apartment! The accommodation is very beautiful, lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly thrilled by the dreamlike view.
The landlords are incredibly kind and warm, for which we would like to express our heartfelt thanks! We felt completely at ease from the very beginning, and our four-legged friends were also warmly welcomed and felt perfectly comfortable. ? The city is quickly accessible, and surrounding major cities can also be conveniently reached by car in about 30–60 minutes. Additionally, there are beautiful beaches in the area that invite relaxation and enjoyment. ? ️
We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Thank you for the lovely time! ❤️

Relaxing vacation
We spent a very relaxing vacation there with our dogs.
The landlords are truly lovely hosts who surprised us time and again with small culinary gifts. Every morning, they cleaned the pool and tended to the many wonderful plants on the property, and they gave us advice or recipes for using their gifts from the garden, which was easily possible in the well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom in the basement with direct access to the garden is very spacious, and we could retreat there when it got too warm outside.
Due to the high temperatures (>30°), we did not take trips to the larger cities for the sake of the dogs. However, the surrounding mountain villages such as Terricciola, Chianni, or Lajatico are also worth a trip away from the tourist hotspots. Peccioli, with its beautiful old town center, invites you to explore art, Mediterranean food, or simply to stroll.
A very nice vacation that we would like to repeat.

Super vacation in the picturesque Tuscany
We spent a super nice vacation in Tuscany together with our dog.
On a spacious property with beautiful flowers, fresh herbs, and many olive trees is the well-equipped holiday home. Since we had a dog with us, we were glad it was completely fenced. Our Beagle, of course, found a loophole anyway. We were able to close it afterwards. Every morning the pool was cleaned and we received fresh croissants from the bakery. The people who take care of the property are very nice.
During the day we cooled off in the beautiful pool and in the evenings we mostly cooked for ourselves (everything necessary can be found in the kitchen) and afterwards we enjoyed the picturesque sunsets with a nice glass of Chianti.
The town of Peccioli is a 5-minute drive away. The road away from the property is a bit adventurous. The second time we managed it coolly. The town is beautiful with some restaurants, cafés, and shops. There are also delicious pizza takeaways.

Meravigliosa! :-)
It was incredibly beautiful! Carla and Valerio are the best hosts you could wish for. The cottage and the beautiful, large garden with pool is really a fantastic place to relax, unwind and be free. Valerio takes care of the property and the pool every day, in the early morning hours. It is very important to them that the guests want for nothing, and so almost every day there are small and larger delicacies (fresh from the field, from the bakery or from the ice cream parlour) as gifts. If you have a car, you can reach great cities like Pisa, Livorno or Florence within 1-2 hours without any problems. But even without a car, the bus connections for excursions work wonderfully. Peccioli is an impressive little town. This small town, typically Italian, is characterised by contrasts. Very old and traditional houses and alleys can be admired alongside impressive modern art or a rainbow bridge, with upper town lifts. The people in Peccioli are warm and always open to a nice chat. If you let yourself get involved with the local conditions, you can really have a very happy time there. Thank you so much for the great impressions, the unbelievably delicious fruits and vegetables, as well as the warm contact! Bereits zum 7. Mal in der Toskana, aber zum ersten Mal an diesem Ort.
Das FH ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, neue Kraft zu tanken und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Den Pool und den fantastischen Blick über die Hügel der Toskana, haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts, sogar mehrere Ventilatoren standen zur Verfügung. Nur die Anfahrt zum Haus ist "Abenteuerlich", aber mit einem SUV gut zu meistern...
Eine Empfehlung von uns für einen Hundestrand Besuch ist der "Dog Beach Single Fin". Es ist ein sehr schöner sauberer Hundestrand und über eine gleichnamige App kann man sich einen Platz mit Schirm, Liegen oder Pavillon und Restaurant mieten.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen, liebenswerten Vermieter, bei denen man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt hat. Mit ihrer warmen und herzlichen Art und den Leckereien aus ihrem Garten und der Bäckerei, haben sie den Aufenthalt für uns zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ein Ort, an den man gern zurückdenkt.
Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die schöne Zeit und kommen gern einmal wieder, Grazie mille Valerio ??

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich lieb und herzlich dafür möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken! Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt, und auch unsere Vierbeiner waren herzlich willkommen und haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt. ?
Die Stadt ist schnell zu erreichen und auch umliegende Großstädte lassen sich bequem in etwa 30–60 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Außerdem gibt es wunderschöne Strände in der Umgebung, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einladen. ?️
Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! ❤️
Die Vermieter sind total liebenswerte Gastgeber, die uns immer wieder mit kleinen kulinarischen Geschenken überraschten. Jeden Morgen wurde von ihnen der Pool gereinigt und die vielen wundervollen Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück gepflegt und sie gaben uns Ratschläge oder auch Rezepte zur Verarbeitung ihrer Geschenke aus dem Garten, was in der reichhaltig ausgestatteten Küche problemlos möglich war. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Garten ist sehr geräumig und wir konnten uns dort zurückziehen, wenn es uns draussen zu warm wurde.
Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen (>30°) haben wir, zum Wohle der Hunde, keine Ausflüge in die grösseren Städte gemacht. Die umliegenden Bergdörfer wie z.B. Terricciola, Chianni oder Lajatico sind jedoch ebenfalls einen Ausflug abseits der Touristenhotspots wert.
Peccioli mit seinem schönen Altstadtkern lädt zum Erkunden der Kunst, mediterranem Essen oder einfach nur zum Schlendern ein.
Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir gerne nochmal wiederholen wollen.
In einem grosszügigen Grundstück mit wunderschönen Blumen, frischen Kräutern und vielen Olivenbäumen befindet sich das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Da wir einen Hund dabei hatten, waren wir vor froh war es komplett umzäunt. Unser Beagle hat natürlich trotzdem ein Schlupfloch gefunden. Wir konnten das dann aber schliessen. :-)
Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool gesäubert und wir bekamen frische Croissants von der Bäckerei. Die Leute, die sich um das Grundstück kümmern sind sehr nett.
Tagsüber haben wir uns im schönen Pool abgekühlt und abends etwas meistens selber gekocht (alles notwendige findet man in der Küche) und anschliessend haben wir bei einem feinen Glas Chianti die malerischen Sonnenuntergänge genossen.
Das Städtchen Peccioli ist 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Die Strasse vom Grundstück weg ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich. Beim zweiten Mal haben wir es aber cool gemeistert. Das Städtchen ist wunderschön mit einigen Restaurants, Cafés und Läden. Auch gibt es leckere Pizza Take Aways.

Das Haus ist recht neu, sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet. Entgegen der Infos auf dieser Seite gibt es ein gutes WLAN, das fast das gesamte Grundstück abdeckt. Auch steht ein Smart-TV zur Verfügung.
Wir haben uns im Sole sehr gut erholt. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Umgebung und ist direkt in der Natur. Den Pool haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund(en) ist das Angebot sehr gut. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt.
Das Grundstück liegt in einem Olivenhain mit freiem Blick in die weite Natur.
Es ist auch komplett eingezäunt, sodass Haustiere oder kleinere Kinder nicht weglaufen können. Nachbarn gibt es keine, man hat also wirklich viel Ruhe und keine störenden Geräusche, wie die von Autos z. B.
Die Vermieter des Hauses sind wirklich das Herzstück, sie brachten fast täglich ihr eigen angebautes Obst und Gemüse, hausgemachten Wein, Olivenöl und Eis.
Ich kann das Haus samt Vermieter nur herzlichst empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war Erholung pur.. unsere Hunde konnten sich den ganzen Tag im großen eingezäunten Garten frei bewegen während wir die wunderschöne Aussicht und tolle Lage genießen durften.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem neuwertigem Zustand und ist sehr nett eingerichtet.
Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen..
