It is located in the small, quiet village of Čižići on the island of Krk, only 80 meters from the sea. This allows you to enjoy the fresh sea air and the breathtaking view of the Soline Bay, Crikvenica, and Gorski Kotar every day. The proximity to the sea and the surrounding nature create the ideal environment for relaxation and a break from the hectic everyday life.
Villa Toic is situated in a settlement of well-maintained holiday homes and offers 140 m² of living space. It is furnished in a charming Mediterranean style, combining traditional character with the conveniences of modern life. The villa is spacious and bright, and the outdoor areas are beautifully designed to ensure a comfortable stay.
The villa has three terraces, each with its own purpose. The largest terrace, measuring 22 m², is located in front of the living room and the kitchen. It is equipped with a lounge suite, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The second terrace, adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, is equipped with a stone countertop, a sink, a grill, and a large wooden table for eight people. This terrace is excellent for gatherings with family or friends to prepare delicious grilled dishes. Nearby, there is also an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. The third terrace is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible from the bedrooms. It offers privacy and a panoramic view of the sea.
For your comfort, the villa provides two parking spaces in front of the house, which are secured by garden gates, as well as a garage for one car. From the garage, you reach a spacious storage room equipped with a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. This practical room is directly connected to the kitchen to add extra convenience to everyday tasks.
On the first floor of the villa, an open and bright space combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a 55-inch television with satellite programs, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. The dining area includes a large table for six people, and the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as an induction stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, an ice maker, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. On this floor, there is also a small guest restroom.
The upper floor contains three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a desk, a safe, and its own bathroom. From this room, you have access to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The other two bedrooms, slightly smaller, are also equipped with double beds and share a second bathroom. In all the bedrooms, fresh bed linens and towels are laid out so that you can feel at home immediately.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected with the outside world if needed. Fly screens are fitted on all windows to ensure a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep.

We especially recommend that you try the famous local wine, Vrbnička Žlahtina, and enjoy the deliciously prepared dishes of the island of Krk.

Great holiday home
We had a wonderful holiday in a really great, very clean, super well-maintained holiday home of Villa Toic. Very nice hosts. There was really nothing missing. It can only be recommended

Wonderful vacation
We had a super nice stay in this house. The villa leaves nothing to be desired and the landlords are warm people who surprised us with homemade schnapps and homemade cake. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view of the harbor and the sea, and in the evenings you could enjoy the peace and the view on the existing terraces. The super well-equipped villa lacked nothing! Since we had very high temperatures, the air conditioning throughout the house was very pleasant and we could sleep very well. There were 6 of us, two bedrooms were big and equipped with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, there was only a very small room with a sofa for the 5th/6th person, which caused problems on the first night. The landlord took care of it immediately and made the problem much more pleasant with a topper. A regular bed will be placed in this room now! The villa is very livable for 6 adults if the bed is changed, otherwise I would only go there with four people or possibly with one child. Everyone has a super bathroom for themselves and everything is modern and lovingly furnished! We would recommend this villa at any time and would be happy to book it again!
