Description
Villa Toic is the perfect place for vacation right next to the sea in the small village of Čižići on the island of Krk. Villa is categorized with 5 stars and it is set in the second row by the sea, just 80 meters from the pebble beach. The house offers a beautiful view of the bay of Soline, city of Crikvenica and Gorski Kotar.
It is surrounded with green Mediterranean vegetation and several equally attractive summer houses nearby. The interior is furnished in the spirit of the local Mediterranean design and adapted to the needs and requirements of modern lifestyle. Outside, in the yard, there is a green mediterranean garden with three terraces and two sun deck chairs to dispose of. First terrace has lounge furnishing and it is located in front of the living room and it covers 22m2. Second terrace has a wooden dining table for 8 guests, barbeque, stone working table with sink, it covers 16m2. Near this terrace you can also find an outside shower. In front of the house are two spacious parking spots secured behind gates. Property is completely fenced.
When talking in numbers, Villa Toic is the size of 140 m2 and the plot covers an area of 250 m2. Access to the garage is from the front local road. Garage in Villa Toic offers one parking spot. In the garage you can find a storage room with washing machine, iron with board, vacuum cleaner, stand for laundry, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. From the storage room leads direct entry to the kitchen.
The interior of the ground floor of the house consists of a space in which there is an open plan living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The entire ground floor is air-conditioned. In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa and 55 inch LED smart television with SAT programs and wireless internet connection. In the dining room there is a table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with top end appliances such as induction cooker, freezer, fridge, ice maker, stove, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, dishwasher, cooking hood and all necessary kitchen ware. By the stairway to the first floor is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, hairdryer and towels.
Indoor stairway leads to the first floor. Three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms welcome you on the first floors. First master bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioning, working desk, safe, private bathroom with a shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer and a terrace with a beautiful Seaview. Second master bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioning and a terrace with a beautiful Seaview. Third bedroom offers a queen size bed and air-conditioning. Second bathroom offers a shower, basin, toilet, hairdryer, sink, heater and towels. Linens and accoutrements are provided for all our guests. All windows in the house have mosquito nets and shutters.

You can also go on hiking tours through landscaped vineyard paths in the area. 15km from the villa you will find beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Great holiday home
We had a wonderful holiday in a really great, very clean, super well-maintained holiday home of Villa Toic. Very nice hosts. There was really nothing missing. It can only be recommended

Wonderful vacation
We had a super nice stay in this house. The villa leaves nothing to be desired and the landlords are warm people who surprised us with homemade schnapps and homemade cake. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view of the harbor and the sea, and in the evenings you could enjoy the peace and the view on the existing terraces. The super well-equipped villa lacked nothing! Since we had very high temperatures, the air conditioning throughout the house was very pleasant and we could sleep very well. There were 6 of us, two bedrooms were big and equipped with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, there was only a very small room with a sofa for the 5th/6th person, which caused problems on the first night. The landlord took care of it immediately and made the problem much more pleasant with a topper. A regular bed will be placed in this room now! The villa is very livable for 6 adults if the bed is changed, otherwise I would only go there with four people or possibly with one child. Everyone has a super bathroom for themselves and everything is modern and lovingly furnished! We would recommend this villa at any time and would be happy to book it again!
