Villa Ema is an excellent choice for a seaside holiday and is located in the picturesque village of Čižići on the island of Krk, just 20 meters from a pebble beach. With its unique location and sophisticated architectural design, it offers uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea from the terrace, the pool, and the living areas. The villa spans 150 m² of living space, designed in a modern Mediterranean style that conveys a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The entire property encompasses 350 m² and offers ample space for outdoor relaxation.
The interior of Villa Ema is designed to create a sense of openness and brightness, thanks to large glass surfaces that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities for meal preparation, including modern kitchen appliances, while the dining area seats six people – perfect for enjoying a meal with a sea view. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, allowing more guests to stay. The room is also equipped with an LCD-LED TV with satellite channels, which enables relaxing evenings with your favorite shows.
Villa Ema has three spacious double rooms, each elegantly furnished and well-equipped. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, providing guests with additional privacy and comfort. Both bathrooms are modern with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and towels, ensuring a pleasant stay. The entire interior is air-conditioned to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year, including during the warm summer months. Guests also have access to wireless internet, an alarm system for additional security, and an ice maker for refreshing drinks. A special feature of the villa is the underground garage with two parking spaces, which provides secure storage for vehicles and additional convenience. Within 15 km you can reach Malinska, Vrbnik and the city of Krk, which is one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic with ancient walls, towers and Roman ruins. You can also visit the small town of Vrbnik, which is located on a cliff 50 meters above sea level and is known for its vineyards, excellent wines and traces of the ancient Greeks. Punat is the largest marina in the Adriatic and is located near the beautiful little island of Košljun, where the only inhabitants are a group of Franciscan monks who live in St. Mary's Monastery. You can visit Baška and relax on the biggest sandy beaches of the whole island. In the bay of Soline you can enjoy healthy mud or visit the cave Biserujka, which offers a variety of cave decorations - calcareous sinter, stalagmites and stalactites.

But this was one of the nicest!
The landlords were super nice!
The house was lovingly furnished!
Everything was very clean!
You felt at home as soon as you entered the house!
you were at the sea in 2 minutes!
I can only recommend it to everyone.

I would like to make one small comment, as we women are very vain, it would be possible to have a large mirror in the hallway of the house!

Dream vacation in Croatia
I don't even know where to start. The house is a dream. An absolutely high-quality furnishing, everything is really very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fridge is large and has an ice dispenser, everything is lovingly furnished and decorated with details, the bathrooms are top-notch, the terrace is a dream, the view is tremendous, there is a beautiful pool, dreamy loungers, and the sea with a beach is right at the doorstep. Day trips are easy to do, everything is not really far away, by car you can reach everything within a maximum of 35 minutes. The landlords are really super nice and try to fulfill every wish, I had never met such friendly and nice landlords before! In the village itself, there is a nice supermarket, ice cream parlor, and 3 nice bistros where you can eat well. Larger supermarkets are also nearby and easily accessible by car, either at the airport or before Malinska; we always went to Malinska, where there is also a large gas station and it's only 8 km from the house.
So, we will definitely go back there.

So I don't know where to start it was just top notch .the landlords are very friendly and helpful.the house is top and the place is not very big but it's all there what you need .3 perfect restaurants with very good food .
